I think we both understand that Edmonton vs Carolina is not Canada vs USA, there are players from both countries on both teams.

There's even a guy from Switzerland playing for the cup. Lets all give it up for the Swiss!

This isn't the Olympics so I am not sure why you keep repeating USA?? You are obviously a proud American and that is great, I am a very proud Canadian. This has nothing to do with which country is better and really in this case better is probably just a matter of opinion.

This thread is in celebration of the Oilers, so you have nothing to contribute(which you obviously don't), just stop coming around. I am not even sure why people read a thread they aren't interested in. If there were a thread about NASCAR I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

By the way, to the Wings fan....... You couldn't beat a lowly 8 seed with hockey sticks... Don't think those golf clubs are a viable substitute. Stevey Y's 74 years old and Brett Hull isn't a Wing anymore (Cheers to Ronnie Franchise!). Just dry your eyes and move along.

I was actually rooting for the Oilers hard that series. Just so everyone knows where my priorities are.

Actually on top of that... I take back everything bad I've ever said about the Oilers now that there's been a Red Wing sighting. Albeight somewhere near the 17th green... You guys should be finishing up right about now.
