I had the Sox fans in mind. You can never find them when Th e Sox lose, and if you couple it with a Yankee win, they're really in hiding. If the Yankees beat the Sox, especially at Fenway, they enter the Witnes Protection program. Ponson's gonna have to pitch the game of his life tomorrow. halladay's a beast. Do the guys in the bullpen bother to even show up when he pitches?

Wrong I'm always here win or lose it matters none to me. I find it MORE interesting when the Sox aren't doing well, however it's a pain in the ass when I have to go search to find that Red Sox thread.

Let's see how the Yanks do this weekend against the O's.

    Peace

You being the 1 exception to the rule. Even you've admitted that your brethren are a disgrace with their disappearing act when things don't go their way. I should have made it more clear that I was talking about 99% of Sox fans

oh they show up, but they probably know they'll not likely see action that night, and get to sit and watch one of the most competitive bulldogs on the mound today

    lol
things must be bad to let Pavano start a game.

We're only 5 1/2 out in the wild card, it's not over yet.

  • Remember, pavano is auditioning for his next contract. I expect good things, and a major injury come Spring training 2009. Stranger things have happened with guys in their walk years. In 2007, ARod was able to hit in the clutch

Here's hoping Halladay is not himself tonight.

Is Saturday's game a FOX game? I hope not. Watching Pavano pitch is like seeing Haley's Comet.

you aint kidding. His numbers look decent, but he gets into trouble in almost every inning. They've been stockpiling the system with arms fr years, yet they can't do any better than The Aruban Irabu and Rasner

Jays are as deficient with power as the Yanks seem to be with quality arms

Matsui hit a homerun. So 1 run wouldn't have been enough.

no man, the Yanks aren't choking. Their sub-par pitching is getting hit around and they are facing the best pitcher in the AL

oh, looks like you have some free time tonight. Couldn't make it to the computer last night, when the Orioles drubbed the laptop Thief, eh? At least the Yankees got their ass handed tot ehm by a decent team with one of the best pitchers in baseball. You got punked by the immortal Chris Waters and the last place Orioles. And what'd you do? You hid like a coward until the yankees lost.

So did the Yankees win or lose tonight? Today my boss whose a half a billonaire went to the race track in MD. Long story short I bet an tri exacta and 1 of my picks got scratched so I picked the first came to me 7. Well that 7 went off at 50-1 little did I know and 7-1-10 came in and I won $2401.40

I was so pumped I forgot his wheelchair at the track. Anyway the reason I brought this up was in that race there was a horse called Yankeessweptinfour (had to be a Red Sox owner) and I was so tempted to bet that horse. Good thing I didn't he led 3/4 of the way and faded in the end.

Like James Brown would say *I Feel Good* even after visting the IRS window. :)

ok hold on a sec...lets put the rivalry aside for a sec

WHY would you wanna move to Hurricane ravaged Florida?? I lived there for bout 4 yrs and every 6 months that shit starts to hit and it becomes annoying as hell..work slows down, you gotta board up your doors and windows..possibly go without power like I did for almost 2 months after Katrina and Wilma...dont do it man!
just use it as a vacation spot! lol

ok back to the rivalry... I don't mind the Celtics so much cause they got my boy KG at least and our Knicks suck anyways. Besides Baseball and Streetball are tied for my least fav sports :D

at least your not a Patri..I mean a N.E. Cheaters fan right?

    right???

I've been a Patriots and ALL of BEANTOWN fan since 1972 and I ain't changing anytime soon. Even though i consider myself Northerner and My favorite season is winter i've come to like Florida. I now live there 6 months out of the year because of work during the winter months and my lady is there so what's not to like. It could be I just want to move closer to wear I was born in Jamaica. :)

One thing though when I've been to Panthers games I'm sweating wearing my Bruins sweater and peeps take off their sweater jersey after the games down in Sunrise FL. It gets HOT down Hear-a.
