Indeed it does. They estimate that they got to something like 250-300C. To weaken that grade of steel, you need 1000C for hours.

hmmmm maybe it was the big ass jets flying into the building at 500mph that weakened the steel. several major columns were damaged on impact causing other columns to take on the additional weight of the one of the heaviest, tallest structures ever built. last I heard, concrete and steel are heavy.

and it fell so fast, well it was near free fall speed, the....friction melted the steel...? funny, when the jet fuel arguement falls apart you guys go for the next convenient...and what about building 7, it fell because....?

basically, what they want us to believe is some ppl got together in a cave and were able to penetrate our trillion dollar defense network...not only that, but over 90 min after the first plane HIT THE TOWERS a known hijacked plane was able to fly thru DC's no fly zone <Andrew's Air Force Base is only 10 min away from DC>, made a U turn, flew back thru DC's no fly zone and was able to hit the pentagon....over a trillion dollars spent on defense and missile shields and a known hijacked plane was able to penetrate our nation's capital's no fly zone not once, but twice and hit the pentagon????

Just so you know, back in 2001 fighter jets were NOT stationed at Andrew's Air Force base. Back then and today it is mostly used for military transportation.

My brother worked for the Air Force, and now works with the Army Core Of Engineers, and when he was home for Christmas I asked him about fighter jets based at Andrew's.

Take it as you will, but that is what I know to be true.

And on an un-related note he now has Top Secret clearence, and I was jokingly asking him about Roswell and the like and he said 'You're not even asking the right questions'

That right there was kind of scary!!! They be doing stuff that the normal public doesn't even have an idea is going on!

i will say structural damage to building 7 caused the collapse.....

ok then.....im am truly serious here Mr. Kabong....i would like to hear exactly what it is that you think caused those twin towers to collapse and who it is that you think was responsible for flying those planes.

you have obviously done much more research on the twin towers than i have.

"i asked you first".......pfft............what do YOU think caused them to fall? He only asked because he knows your answer is retarded and laughable. Noone here is really interested in your theories, besides wikpedia and a few other wack jobs.

I can tell ur just ready to soak up knowledge.

wikipedia is interested in my theories? i had no idea

nice to see you haven't being reading the thread or the information contained in it...you do seem to have a problem making your replies centered around the topic instead of petty personal attacks, didn't that get you into trouble before a few times, ve? if you'd like to discuss the topic then feel free, there's no need to talk about me, it only proves you have nothing to say or add

structural damage? building 7 was the furthest away of all the buildings and several closer buildings, taller buildings too, sustating far greater damage...just seems an odd coinikydink that the only steel framed buildings to fall like that all fell at near free fall speed and were all owned by the same guy who took out a record insurance policy on them and went to court trying to keep the money instead of putting it into rebuilding....

as far as who flew them...i'm not entirely sure... NASA and the government did fly and land airliners by remote control in the 80's and such software/equipment is avaialble for those models of airliners...also, former military pilots have stated there is no way that airliner could've made those sharp manuevers it did in DC and the flight software would not allow such manuevers to be performed b/c of the high g's and it would send the plane into a stall if it was done

ok.....and believe me i am not trying to give you a hard time here...

    i am just curious....

so you believe it could have been the american government that might have remote controlled thiose planes??

    or was it strictly al-queda???

who do you think was involved in setting up the explosive devices??

    america??? or al-queda??

So do you think it is very cut and dry? Even though there is all sorts of unanswered questions We may never know because the questions aren't even being investigated and I certainly don't know who did what, but there is DEFININTELY something fishy going on.

well my only question would be....

if someone thinks that the american government was involved in the destruction and death caused by 9-11....

what on earth did the american government have to gain by doing such a thing???
