my question has always been: if commercial planes didn't hit the WTC 1 and 2, or the pentagon...then what happened to those three planes that had a couple of hundred people on them and what happened to those people?

Conspiracies require participants to be very secretive. As the number of disparate groups increases, and the links between the groups become more tenuous, it minimizes the probability that they could act in concert. And as I said above, it would take some pretty amazing coordination between the groups, in addition to an unheard of level of secrecy to have actually pulled it off.

Just so you know, back in 2001 fighter jets were NOT stationed at Andrew's Air Force base. Back then and today it is mostly used for military transportation.
My brother worked for the Air Force, and now works with the Army Core Of Engineers, and when he was home for Christmas I asked him about fighter jets based at Andrew's.
