Fresh out of the Kat and Sea dungeon…… this thread was pure gold. If anyone has any Super Bowl predictions please post as well. All you had to do was follow the Real Clear Politics polls that I posted a few times a week or just simply listen to me.Anyways I hope everyone gets the help they need, finds a new country or benefits from the prosperity that will be in your future here.As Mick says…….”You can’t always get what you want, but if you try you’ll find, you get what you need.”

Here’s a prediction from a very smart individual, and he’s not MAGA either. The future is bright…for us all.

Trump was president before. We've seen this movie. The economy is bigger today than it was at the end of 2019 before the pandemic (and that's giving Trump a mulligan on the pandemic that he doesn't deserve-- factor in his horrendous mismanagement of the pandemic and the contrast is even worse). The stock market was already at record highs before the election, much higher than it was during Trump's term. The economy is already growing at the fastest rate over multiple quarters in decades. "Explosive growth will make up for the impact of tariffs"-- it's just the latest iteration of voodoo economics, the same B.S. trickle-down theory (tax cuts will lead to greater tax revenue because of growth) that's been disproven since 1980. Ackman just wants deregulation and tax cuts so he can get richer.
Guys like Ackman do not care about anything but enriching themselves. John Paulson is another, going around telling people that when Trump was president, "there were no wars." There were wars all over the world from 2017 to 2021 including the one the U.S. was waging in Afghanistan for the entire length of Trump's term. F these selfish, greedy pricks. And I say this as someone who has made a fortune in the stock market.Post edited by BF25394 onI gather speed from you fucking with me.0 -

Not predictions but info on how people voted that I found interesting.
Younger people swung way right and voted more for Trump. Now I read that most younger voters want a more autocratic leader in office but at the same time view the environment as a number one concern. Even though that is one of their primary concerns they still chose to vote for someone whom is going to decimate the protections that we have in place for the environment...0 -

People are missing the boat on how big a role misinformation and disinformation played in this election.
People didn't vote against their own self interests for no reason.

I haven't dug too deep but I do wonder if voter suppression played a part. I know the GOP was really trying to take away the ability to vote for a lot of people.Remember the Thomas Nine !! (10/02/2018)
