    Getting off the Moving Train for a minute: I had great tickets for Missoula but at last minute the person taking care of our kids and dog had a change of plans. So today just sucks!

    No, it’s not about deception. The BLS makes a prediction and then later reviews the numbers with data further down the line. It gets adjusted downward or upward. Not everything is about being victimized. 

    And the definition of recession didn’t change and there’s plenty of fact checking happening with the dnc in mainstream news outlets.

    I read this the other day and found it despicable. You don't hear a lot about it though. If the GOP had clear messaging maybe they could be hammering dems about suppressing voter rights, but they have their own reasons too. Benefits them both.

    We only watched maybe 10 minutes of it last night, and this was part of it. My wife and I laughed. Mostly because of the irony, if you said that a 4 years ago it was a big deal and you were racist. Don't know how he's managed to avoid learning her name in the last 4 years, but that's impressive.

    Gosh. Now knowing this, I cannot believe Biden has waited so long to lower the inflation rate and drop key interest rates.

    If only he did it a year ago his approval numbers would have been so much higher and he'd likely be leading the race instead of having to drop out in July.

    How is this bad? She said she hadn’t seen the BLS report and she avoided answering the question. So what. Did she make shit up? Lie? Deceive the public in some way? I doubt anyone who didn’t get the meme or tweet in their faceturd feed or inbox would have even known about it.

    I sat in on the deadheads for Kamala zoom last week and added my $25 to the pot - there were a few people you'd think would have known by now, including people of color, who were pronouncing it incorrectly. 

    I think some just have it in their head how it's pronounced and haven't caught up with how it should be pronounced, but it's definitely not "Kamabla".

    You don't remember anyone on the right being corrected every time it was mispronounced 4 years ago? Back when she was relatively new in the spotlight and many people legitimately didn't know how to pronounce it.

    actually, that did happen. Early in Kamala's tenure, Republicans pronouncing her name like the WWF wrestler from the 80's WERE in fact being labeled racist for it.
