I mean the date came up in November. Anything could have changed. I have a feeling it‘s way too quiet for a major announcement like that only one week ahead.
all signs seem to point for it.
i find it frustated if in the next newsletter we get yet another keep your membership updated , i mean its the 3rd one !!
we are way of from a perfect world at this point but an announcement feb 13th with a full world tour would be the way to go with lotteries separated by leg.
Feb 13 world tour announcement
europe lotery announced on the 15th and general sale on the 16th us lotery from the 20th till 22th and general sale on the 23th
no idea about australia though lol, maybe the week after?
Sorry if I missed something, but what „all signs“ expect for someone posting the date on Facebook in November?
Honest question. I just don‘t want to get my hopes up for next week based on outdated info.
The person who gave us all the tour dates confirmed the 13th. It didn’t come from Facebook. Anything could change at any time but it’s as well sourced as any piece of info here.
Did he confirm in November or recently? Could you reconfirm @Facemeltor? Tour dates might be finalized 3 months ahead of an announcement, but really the exact announcement date? I‘d be surprised.
Facemeltor has been correct since day one. The 13th is going to be a very BIG day for Pearl Jam fans of new music and tour dates. I can also confirm. If nothing happens on Tuesday, February 13th, you can call me out on these conversations for years to come. And just in case you get up (depending where you live) on the 13th and there is no news at that moment...
1 pm EST, 12 pm CST, 11 am MST, 10 am PST.
You're welcome.
Nice!!!
Would you classify the dates listed in the first post to be accurate? Are there any that we are missing?
Unknown on the official dates. Just what I've been told that the 13th will be a BIG day for Pearl Jam fans regarding new music and tour and they are always correct. The times are also when they announced the 2023 NA tour on 4/20 and everyone was freaking out when the announcement didn't come right away in the morning. I would expect the same times on 2/13.
Big indeed. They have had this planned for a long time. Should be a fun day.
Big - like a 10C only show in Antarctica big?
My worry is "last tour as a complete band" big.
I do not think we are close to this yet
But, I do think we are at the point where any future smaller market shows could be the last time the band hits that city. But they'll be playing Philly and Chicago for many, many years to come
14 years now for places like Cleveland, Columbus, Kansas City, some of those midwest markets. Can't say I think they'll be playing in 15 more years, so treat some of these shows as "last time" shows

Don’t be shocked if dates leak on Monday, if Tuesday is the official day. Can’t wait for this full fledged 14 city North America tour.
The dates already leaked bud, this is page 246
Let’s get it to 300.

Are we expecting additional dates to be added to the rumored line up or are those cities set in stone?
Havent seen (on the 246 page post, of which I may have missed something) anyone mention the possibility/guess/hope/prayer/voodoo ritual/rain dance of NO Jazz Fest addition. So, just to see if I can get a few pages closer to 300 with this speculation, ill drop it here...GO!

I had a dream last night that they were announcing shows the day of the show, and announcing other dates in the middle of shows while they were playing. Clearly, this process has damaged me.
I love that for months some people have been miserable as they wait for tour dates to be announced and now that we appear to be on the verge of the announcement the misery has shifted to it’s their last tour as a full band. Cmon people… be happy!

I remember when people were convinced that "Parting Ways" was about the band breaking up.
R.E.M. they are not. They have done exactly what they want and when they want for the last 20 years. They won't let it get to a point where they never want to play together again like R.E.M. They'll keep it going as long as their health is good and people keep packing arenas to see them.
R.E.M. fans tick me off. They keep buying these album reissues. Make them play shows to make money. I want them to be miserable on stage together!

What will people gripe about first once the announcement is made? I'm guessing ticket prices.
Probably correct. Dead and Co. sphere tickets were 395/295/195/150 depending on quality. For perspective.

Get those Vancouver hotel reservations in prior to the announcement. Prices already absurd and the marathon isn’t helping much.

If they go up again, it's going to limit how many shows I get to... I can't justify spending upwards of $200 on 4 or 5 shows.
