    1. Turnaround time on the lottery (too short)
    2. Ticket prices (too high)
    3. No GA-only option
    4. F2F (whether it's a thing for this tour or not)
    5. Not enough shows
    6. Other fans complaining about any of the above
    7. (Not really a complaint, but a frequent comment) Pre-sell tour merch with tickets!
Don't forget the complaint about the instructions being too vague, so someone thought they were signing up for the lottery, only to find out they signed up for the verified fan and vice versa.

This one seems to be the biggest every tour in the Facebook groups.

My favorite is always people winning multiple shows and getting pissed that they had been charged for multiple shows, not thinking/knowing that they could win multiple times. Like, how is that anyone else's fault but your own?

Get those Vancouver hotel reservations in prior to the announcement. Prices already absurd and the marathon isn’t helping much.
Snagged a 3 night Airbnb a bit away from the venue but close to the subway for basically the same price as one night in a hotel near the venue.  That being said I may bail on the YVR shows given Dead and Co. also being in LV.  We shall see.

Also, are we still writing numbers on our hands for the GA lines? Anyone claim #1 yet?

I guess that answers the question of whether they can take them higher.

    Yes.  Doing LV.

Decision is whether to also do Vancouver.  It’s a big trip for a separate trip, but it’s also two home country shows in 3 nights, if the rumour is right.

In BC, many Airbnb operators will cease to rent rooms May 1, unless it's in their own house, as these are becoming illegal. They (and you) are contributing to homelessness and the housing crisis.

EDIT: If you can't afford the extra few bucks to travel ethically, please don't visit Vancouver, BC.

to be fair , they were talking about the environmental state of touring the world , such as polution and other issues. their tour nowadays has a lot environmental precaution , not dependent on fossil energy among other things

If the host or the platform has a compliance issue they can let me know.  With respect, I don’t think you can tell people how to travel, and your accusation is not called for and may potentially be defamatory.

As much as it'd be nice to see you again, renting AirBnBs are becoming illegal because of our housing crisis in BC.  If the one you may potentially rent has the owners living in the same dwelling then you found a great spot! Why not inquire?

I had a brother die experiencing homelessness. I've helped pay $2,450/month rent this winter for a room in a hotel (with no kitchen) for a sister experiencing homelessness, because BC's housing stock is not being rented monthly, it's being rented to visitors via AirBNB etc.

You can be part of the problem killing people or be part of the solution.

Honestly, at this point when lottery season comes around, I get almost as excited for the “I fucked up my entries, it’s everyone’s fault but mine” posts as I do for actually getting tickets to Pearl Jam shows.

Pearl Jam Premium, which I guess goes along with ticket prices. But also the fact those tickets push 10c seats back further.
