Keep the subject above what is the general consenssus about these shows and their priority when the time comes.
London/berlin/Barcelona
At first i was thinking of putting london as seating (both nights) as my 1st and 2nd priorities. After the general talk here i've decided to go as GA
Was thinking of putting Barcelona night 1 and 2 as 3rd and 4th as seating as i got it in 2018 but it was as 1st priority
Might put berlin as 5th and 6th as in the 2022 tour there was tickets available for a long time, it wasnt a super fast sold out .
London seems to be the hardest one right? What do u guys think of my way of thought? Some tips will be most welcomed
I'm also interested in this.
Any thoughts on which shows to pick (maybe do 2 or 3 out of London, Barcelona, Berlin) ...are 2nd nights generally 'better' than first nights?
The Berlin venue looks great but a little concerned about weather...although July is most likely to be good weather.
Nowadays there isn’t much difference between first and second nights, but I would choose 2 nights in 1 city as there’s more likely to be a good variance of set list between the 2 nights.
You make an excellent point about the setlists. Perhaps London then back to back Berlin dates. I like Barcelona, but I haven't seen Berlin yet.
Huh? Look at the set lists from the two nights in Chicago, Fort Worth and Austin last year. They are vastly different from night to night. In Austin, there was only one song-- "Alive"-- played both nights.
Those last two Austin shows were like 1 marathon show and were 🔥 ! Such a great ending to a short tour. Eddie didn’t want to leave the stage on night 2 and genuinely looked happy as hell.
What great shows those were!
My first two shows. Couldn't have asked for a better initiation into the live experience. Awesome photo!
Thanks. This was taken during Crown of Thorns. That was one hell of a moment for me..surreal hearing Chloe/Crown live
I dont think the band would be done after this tour. They breathe music and I think with Covid they experienced life without that and Ed was so emotional and grateful at end of tour last year.
Also, don't bother getting the commemorative tickets. Still havn't received mine from the St Paul shows last year despite emailing TicketsToday.
Yeah, it's definitely a chore to get them. Especially if you've upgraded from your original seat assignments. However, I had no problem getting mine in 2022, even though I had upgraded all of those as well. Hopefully, whatever change was implemented between 2022 and 2023 will be undone.
Yes, please play Undone again in 2024, preferably at a west coast show that I'm at if that's not too much to ask for.
I was hoping for and really believed that they were going to play it in Noblesville. I hope they do at the rescheduled show.
Pretty sure that was the plan. Ed asked me at Chicago 2 if I was "going to Indiana," which was part of the story before they played it at Ft Worth.
Did you end up calling Pearl Jam’s Human Resource????? lol

@ComeToTX did you read the backstory Kevin Shuss wrote about that Longhorns seat? Really brought it all full circle at the Austin shows.
Where might one find this story?
#MuseumMonday from the Kevin Shuss Archives:
"This is the story about how the stool Ed uses on stage and hoisted to the crowd in Austin, came to be.
In 2000, I was the Road Manager for David Crosby on the CSNY reunion tour. One of the stops was in Austin and the band was put in the women’s locker room.
I grew up in Moscow, Idaho, and went to school with a girl named Andrea Lloyd. She was the female athlete of the year in North Idaho in 1981, 82 & 83. She was all-everything in basketball and volleyball. Andrea received a scholarship from the University of Texas and led them to an undefeated season and national championship in 1986. She then went on to win gold medals in the Pan American Games and the 1988 Olympics. Following that she played professionally in Italy for 11 years and played a few seasons in the WNBA for the Minnesota Lynx.
Getting back to the locker room in 2000, I saw something honoring Andrea and told everyone how I went to school with her. The women had these stools at their lockers, so in my own warped tribute to Andrea, I had to liberate one in her honor.
Later in the year, Pearl Jam was preparing to tour. Mike McCready started using the stool in rehearsals, as there were no arms and it was much easier for him to play the guitar sitting down on this stool, rather than a folding chair.
Cut to a few years later, when PJ would play some acoustic songs in their set - Ed wanted a stool but he didn't want wheels on it (like the one Jeff uses). So he borrowed the stool Mike used, and it has been used by Ed on Pearl Jam and his solo tours ever since.
When he held it up for the crowd in Austin on these last few shows of the 2023 tour, it came full circle. It brought back all the memories of Andrea and her amazing career, and the fact that it has been a staple of Ed’s stage gear for the last 20+ years.
So thank you University of Texas Women’s Basketball and UT, for the stool and a wonderful piece of PJ and my personal history!"
If the rumors for London come true. The o2 arena is an AXS tickets building. Has there been shows since ticketstoday came on board that use Axs tickets? I'm curious to see how Ten Club tickets will work for this.
