Do we think the only city thats getting 2 shows is chicago?
I still got a hunch seattle lands 2 to 3 gigs.
I continue to be surprised how little they play here. 1 arena show and 2 ballpark shows in ten years. I realized some places would kill even for that, but cmon, it’s their home ffs!
Did Pierre say MMRBQ? Yes, he said MMRBQ. Specifically he said "MMRBQ in September." He added that that lineup and date of the show will be announced on Monday, April 10th at the same time as the first Concert Cash keyword is given out. That's 8am if you need a reminder.
This is an indicator that it's not Pearl Jam. Maybe they would play this thing and maybe they wouldn't, but no way a tour announcement is built around one radio station's wacky Concert Cash gimmick.

How do 10c tickets work in the US ? In Europe we still collect on the day at the venue
What?? So, you can order 10 Club tickets, and not pay for them until you arrive at the show? And if you can't go for some reason, you just say, 'fuck it. I'm not out any money'?
No, you would buy the tickets in advance, and go to will call to pick up your paper tickets. (I am assuming). This is how it was done in the US for years, before mobile ticketing.
My Copenhagen show, last summer, paper tix and wristband were available at will-call the day of the show. Paper tix had the 2020 postponed date on them.

Seems like a good point unless the gimmick is focused around the tour announcement, which 8am on a Monday feels unlikely for.

But maybe the radio station’s wacky concert cash gimmick is built around a pj tour announcement?!? Lol.
All seriousness… 8:00 am eastern time is an odd time for a tour announcement. Would make more sense for PJ tour to be announced prior (like today or tomorrow) and then this added on afterwards.
can you feel this world with your heart and not your brain?

It's possible. I mean, most festivals won't allow artists to announce that they'll be playing until the festival itself has dropped the lineup. Maybe PJ wants to announce all dates at once, but can't announce that they're playing there until after the station does. I honestly don't know. It's all just a guessing game at this point.
I heard they’ll be selling official PJ pre rolls at all the ME, NH and VT shows

If they are actually playing this event I’d wager the station announces it at 8am followed by PJ unveiling the rest of the dates after 1pm. Not unheard of.

I feel lucky that while I live on an Island, I live between Vancouver and Seattle. Sometimes they both get dates on the same tour, and there's been years where they haven't.
Seattle 2018 Pemberton 2016 Seattle/Vancouver 2013 Vancouver 2011 (still weird there was no Seattle show on the pj20 tour). Seattle/Vancouver 2009 Gorge '06 Gorge and Vancouver 2005 Vancouver 2003 Seattle 2002
The key is to go to the shows in both markets I feel pretty lucky that between the two Cities (and their surrounding areas like Gorge or Pemberton) there's a show every handful of years. It's been 5 years since the last pacific north west shows, but I'm letting that slide as they took a year off, then covid derailed them for 2 years after that.
It would be weird if Seattle doesn't get a show. If the new album rumours are true, it would be really weird for Seattle to not have a Gigaton tour show.

It’s not Pearl Jam headlining the MMRBQ… Trust me.
