Reasons why I am thinking its today or tomorrow.

Santos coming out publicly saying keep your membership up to date has always meant an announcement is very close.

The early newsletter. The 10th is coming up. Why would they have an early newsletter with membership renewal hints if they were just going to blow past the 10th with no tour announcement.

Unless the tour is announced on the 10th. That would make sense for an early newsletter.
My theory is that they expected to announce everything yesterday but hit a snag.  Maybe one date or city had to change and they needed some extra time to iron that out.

I believe Matt Cord from MMR use to post on here occasionally.  Would be a good time for him to pop in and say hi.
It would be a good time for a friendly, how do you do.  Matt Cord moved stations and is on 102.9 WMGK now.
Ahhh, gotcha.  I went to college in south jersey.  WMMR was my go to station down there. Always enjoyed Matt.
Stockton or Rowan?  I went to Stockton many many years ago.
    Rowan. Class of 2002.  😬
Nice!  Stockton class of 2000.  My daughter went to Rowan last fall but didn't like it so transferred out.  :(

Multiple cities will get two dates.
No cities will get more than two.
    No Seattle.
This tour will be geographically similar to USA 2014.

Yup would love to know sooner than later. Already made a lot of plans this year and had to make another just today…waited until after 1 to see in an announcement though!

Do we think the only city thats getting 2 shows is chicago?
I still got a hunch seattle lands 2 to 3 gigs.
I continue to be surprised how little they play here. 1 arena show and 2 ballpark shows in ten years. I realized some places would kill even for that, but cmon, it’s their home ffs!
What is surprising to me is that there are no secret shows where they work out the kinks before a tour. No shows at the Showbox or the Crocodile where most people hear about it after the fact. Maybe they just think it would a circus, which it probably would be.

But if you want to see the individual members of Pearl Jam they often play in their side projects around town. And if you hang out at Easy Street records long enough one of the guys in the band will surely drop by.

To be fair, Lost in Ohio said "similar to 2014", so hopefully the tour can still include places like Philly and Chicago. If not, that video was a just a huge April Fools tease.

The pages of people complaining about “why did the put Philly in the video” will be fun.

But also…why did they put Philly in the video then 😏

He didn’t say similar to 2014. He said geographically similar. Which was 100% not east coast.

We'll see how close to 2014 it actually works out to be.

Anybody else seeing other locations in the April Fools video short?

    Alpine Valley
Inglewood, CA.  (Kia Forum sign to the left of where they're raising the lighting/speaker rigging)
Fresno, CA.  (Larry A. Shehadey Tower before the bus drives in front of it)
    Philadelphia.  (City skyline)

2014 followed the epic 2013 tour, which saw Worcester, Brooklyn and Philly all getting two shows, plus Hartford, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Baltimore. Last year largely skipped the northeast, so if it does truly follow the 2014 geography it will be strange. Plus, markets like St Louis and Denver were played last year.

Well done - I had only noticed the Kia Forum. Which I would be very surprised if they played there. Unless there is a Vegas makeup then LA then Ohana part of this tour.

But I feel like that’s very unlikely. Really don’t know what to make of these quick appearances in the video.

They could be following Bruce's current model. Play a bunch of arena shows, and then come back for a second stadium (interspersed w/ more arenas) leg with larger venues in major markets (Seattle, NYC, etc). This coming from someone who knows nothing.

Yeah, it could be just generic filler video of touring, but it seemed like they were being deliberate about what they were showing in the clip.

    Vegas > Ohana > Inglewood > Fresno > Sacramento???

Makes up for 2 canceled shows in 2022.

If they play more Cali shows already (Ohana notwithstanding), I think they are gonna have a bunch of upset fans.

No northeast shows is a huge bummer. And flying somewhere is probably not in the cards this summer. Already have multiple camping trips scheduled and other mini vacations. Oh well. Happy for those that can do it. On to 2024!
