    like I said at the top of the page, he had 209 first vote. but it potentially changes each time they try to resolve it through the vote.

    Honestly that would be the most amazing thing ever.  I have said for a few years that she is the best Speaker since Sam Rayburn.  If she really pulled this off, she would go down as the greatest ever.

    No, Jeffries got all 212 dem votes each time. Jordan went from 19 to 20 votes on the third round. 
    I saw only 209 the first vote.

    So what drives me nuts about this and the Brooklyn one (Chang) both Repubs won the election and the Dems want to vet them AFTER they lose?  Should have done that shit beforehand.

    Chang should be fine but Santos most likely won't have anyone to work with him so he will have to step down.


    They wrongly just assumed they'd win that seat so didn't bother spending time and resources on Santos. 

    Media is equally at fault too.
