The right will only make the virus political...  Wait, what's that?

Exactly what is political about any of those tweets. ZERO. you are struggling to prove your narrative, and failing miserably.

The Delta variant is a big push to get your children vaccinated, please consider this before doing it.  Stay safe all, the push isn't over.

Alex Berenson would willfully eat a dumpster full of pissed-on urinal cakes if it would get him 0.000000001 seconds of attention.

A desperate need for attention seems to be a common theme with these folks.

    Huh?

I am fully vaccinated and went on a trip across the country with my wife last week. We had a great time. It was a little strange getting on a plane for the first time since February 2020, but we had a blast. I've also been commuting to the office every day since June, so I'm well aware of the gas prices, thanks.

We do spend quite a bit of time in the basement watching movies and my home recording studio is down there too. So, it's a fun room to hang out in.

So I have had two of you replay to my quote, that was not directed at either of you.

First, to Hugh, whew, slow down my guy!  Outdoor dining a week ago?!  You wild man you!  Stay safe out there!

And to mfc, I am fully un-vaccinated and have also been on several flights with my wife and kids.  We too, had a great time.  It was not strange for us at all getting on a plane and we also had a blast.  I, as well as my wife, have also been commuting to work since last June, and the gas prices were nowhere near as high then as they are now.

Congrats on the basement!  Sounds fun!  Being serious as I am too poor to have a man cave area.

Super weird that we still have elements that 1) Think you cannot do anything and covid is going to kill everyone and 2) think after almost 4 million deaths worldwide that we should do nothing instead of using vaccines and before that masks/distancing to get through it.

Less than $3 per gallon in VA.  Maybe you should talk to your legislature about your fuel taxes or improve your roads to make it cheaper to transport gas.  The other option is stop pretending that oil prices aren't controlled by OPEC.

Or that the US hasn’t increased refining capacity in a decade or two or three. But you know, Biden (I heard it’s Hillary’s fault as she gets a few cents a gallon).

yeah, I dig a cold beer and a meal outside in the summer. unbelievable, isn't it? we'll dine inside if it's raining, or if there's no patio, or.....

so, it appears to me that you are continuing your trollish behavior, posting some bullshit based in zero facts or the Tucker Universe, and when you get a reply (replay?) on an OPEN FORUM you claim it was "not directed at you".

it's a pandemic, in case you haven't noticed. ignoring it or thinking "it doesn't affect me" is just selfish. it just is. in this situation, that's not opinion. that is fact.

But it's not that at all.  OPEC will control production to target $60 per barrel.  That's where they want it to be.  Last year there was a ton of surplus because the pandemic hit so quickly, so prices tanked. Now demand shot up starting in March and OPEC had not planned to increase production until May.  So you know.  supply and demand deep state.

The other thing is that prices always rise in the spring/summer because US refineries are required to switch to the summer blend, which has lower emissions.  It typically costs 15 cents more per gallon.

I think that's a different argument.  Right now we're above the shut down price for fracking, but last year the price per barrel was below that mark.  It's low yield, poor quality crude.

Are you arguing for more fracking and more refining?  I'm not.  If the cartel is going to keep the price at about $60 per barrel, that's fine with me.  That turns into less than $3 per gallon where I am.

I’m for more refining capacity, less fracking and using everyone else’s oil before exporting our own, while transitioning away from petroleum in general. And raising the federal gas tax to encourage alternative means of transportation/shipping and paying to fix roads and bridges.

Except that if we had higher refining capacity, we could refine all that fracked oil instead of exporting it. Isn’t it great that we export our oil? Rather than refine and use it ourselves or save it for a rainy day?

Great discussion to do in the Oil thread.  I would enjoy that.

I wish those that only seem to care about the very small amount of cases of vaccination with extreme results had cared just a tad more about the 600,000 us and almost 4 million worldwide people that had some extreme results to getting covid.  Maybe if y’all had worn your masks and stayed apart we wouldn’t have needed a vaccine. And from here on out, if you refuse to get the vaccine you are part of the group that owns the death and sickness. Pretty sure those numbers will be much higher than negative effects from the vaccine.
