So by summer of 2022, won’t there be potential that the first vaccine shots will be wearing off and there will be a need for boosters by then? The rest of the worlds is way behind on vaccines which could lead to variants that we will need extra shots for as well.
There is no doubt in my mind that the covid vaccination will be annual like the flu shot

Hey everyone - sorry if this question has been asked a million times (I'm sure it has and I'm not on here too often) but can we still get a refund from TM for our North American ten club seats? No chance St. Louis is going anytime this year, right? Thanks.

@LeafsJaysCubsRaptorsFan Thanks for the festival posters.  Just to confirm are they all things that were recently announced?
North coast, yes. This is what they wrote: With the challenges of 2020 behind us, and a promising 2021 fest season on the horizon, we’re excited to announce a new home at the recently renovated SeatGeek Stadium, in Bridgeview, IL. We’re thrilled for the various atmospheres the new stadium campus offers. The Main Stage will be inside the stadium, where fans can dance on the playing field or watch from the elevated grandstands. Another stage will be inside a massive air-conditioned, well ventilated, full-field soccer dome, with two more stages on the seven brand-new surrounding soccer turf fields. Pace Bus service offers a direct shuttle to the nearby CTA Orange Line, and there are multiple hotels nearby for convenient travel and lodging.

It’s been hard but there’s light at the end of the tunnel so we’re optimistically announcing 2021. We hope you’ll join us in this positive outlook so we can celebrate our 11th North Coast on Labor Day Weekend. Our #1 priority is the safety of our patrons, artists and staff so we will be following all guidelines passed down to us by local authorities and health experts. We want you to feel secure in your purchase and will offer full refunds or transfers to 2022 if the fest is ultimately not allowed. We continue to learn more as the situation develops and will continue to answer any questions as best we can. Until then, please stay healthy so we can dance together again soon. Check out pics of the new site at SeatGeek Stadium below!

Bonaroo hasn’t officially been announced yet. Firefly was a recent also. I’m not sure if the other festival lol

Another step needed to get to something close to herd immunity. If 12-15 year olds can get the vaccine before September that is another handful of % of the population that will help stop the spread and another sign that festivals might be happening this fall.

Have the majority of states opened up the vaccine for the full adult population yet (or will soon)? That would be great if we could get this cranking.

Right so that means there will probably be less people willing to get that then the first vaccination I would think. Covid fatigue is already pretty high as is. That means we will still have Covid in 2022 so when will everyone just have to learn to live with it?
At some point everything will have to be open including full indoor sporting events/concerts. We can't get the chance of infection to zero so I wonder what it will have to be.

I have pit tickets for PHX I am unfortunately going to have to ask for a refund for.  Just too many unknowns and 2+ years down the road the desire to see them just has waned quite a bit.  Especially having seen them in their prime many many times.

Question: What do you consider “their prime”? Just curious.

Maybe! Another great news piece dropped today. So far its at least 6 months effective against the virus. It is only 6 months since the study started 6 months ago. This is fantastic news!

July 29th start? Very surprising. That is going to be damn near impossible to pull off with each state doing things differently but I wish them luck.

Well Ohana took another payment from me today so that’s a thing.  Not that it means anything.

I allways thought that they'd announce the postponed NA tour before Europe but that didn't happen. Surely they're going to announce the new NA dates soon, right? And it's going to be spring 2022?

I am guessing the difference is the NA tour has 10 months it can land on and Europe has 2 months. While I agree it would be nice to have NA dates would you have wanted them changed 3 or 4 times now or get dates once and the shows able to happen? Not defending the decision and hope to get dates soon but I get it especially since I am guessing there are holds right now and they really only need a couple of months prior to announce the shows are happening.

Do we think we’ll get those additional US dates (the rumored fall 2020 NA tour) in some fashion? I’m wondering whether the current line up is it.

Maybe if they’re able to do the spring leg in early 2022 we’ll get the fall leg.

I know, cart before the horse. Just dying over here. Looking at tickets for every show, just trying to see them anywhere.

Yes it would be. A little sad they were able to postpone the Euro shows with reserved 2022 dates booked, but there are no reserved dates booked in site for the rescheduled North American shows. :/

Interview with Stone. towards the end he references recording new music and hoping to tour North America in the fall or early winter.  If he’s willing to say it aloud then they are seriously planning something.

Interesting and nice find! To me this reads as the he is hopeful the festival shows this fall happen and that Australia is happening this winter. Then the makeup shows for NA and/or Europe would follow.

What’s next with Pearl Jam? Right after you released your latest album, “Gigaton,” is right when things started to shut down last year.

Yeah. Pearl Jam will definitely be back. I think we’ll probably be on the road. I mean, my hope is that by- we’ll start playing some shows in the fall or early winter. I don’t know what they’re going to be or when they’re going to be, but that’s my hope. And after that, we’ve got a lot of makeup shows to do. We’ve got a lot of work to do.

Instead of trying to make all the logistics happen, with makeups, and new shows, why not make a 10 show run @ MSG with all tickets from postponed shows good at one of the MSG shows.
