CNN was very good at the coverage tonight until it was clear their message wasn't getting through to the blue.
    Polls? What are those?
    Flush.

Let's not forget that democrats got their ass handed in house and senate, Hilliary brought down, down ticket democrats.
Her campaign may have been worse than Dukakis.

Trump set out to be disruptve for the Republican Party and may have left the democrats in trouble as well. Interesting times...

I'm shocked she actually blew it, but playing prevent defense for the last year finally paid false dividends. She had no clear agenda, picked a nobody VP running mate and hid away in hopes that a clown would eventually self destruct.

She has been the chosen one by the democratic national convention against Obama and against Bernie. When you think about it, this shouldn't be absolutely shocking.

Not sure I've ever been as wrong about anything as I was this election. To everyone I told Trump couldn't win, that he would get crushed, I was wrong. Completely and totally.

I went to bed at 4am. Never really slept. Drinking coffee now. The best I can describe this feeling is stunned disbelief.

My god America. What have you done?

i never thought he actually had a chance but i guess we should never under estimate how uninformed the American electorate can be. do these people realize what kind of cabinet and the people in it Trump will be putting together? not a religious person at all but God help us.

I couldn't in good conscience vote for either ass hat, not that it matters living in Illinois, but wasn't Hiillary's platform closer to socialist ideals

I'm not spreading fear, I'm expressing fear. If you have a problem with that, I don't care. The actions and ideals of America have an effect on Canada.

Did Hilliary handlers have a concession speech prepared for her last night or did they have to quick write one this morning?

    Not sure.
Maybe the radlib speech writers are practicing what they claim to preach. "If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all"

Politicos always say not having two speeches written is the ultimate no-no. But it wouldn't shock me if they didn't.

I read your post about being wrong about predictions, props for that, I too was wrong. I read thru the posts in prediction thread and nobody predicted a trump win, nobody. Maybe uncle godfather but that's it.

Canadian Clintons? You make it sound like I appreciate Clinton: I don't. I merely feel that the unravelling of the social fabric that will come with Trump is a regression to American society, which I consider worse than a perpetuation of the status quo that would've been the likely outcome of four years with Clinton.

Thank you for speaking on my behalf, but no, I didn't feel or state that Trump couldn't win. As for sharing my opinion, isn't this a discussion board?
