Oh don't you try to walk someone into the "Hillary was angry at Gennifer Flowers" trap. How many wives out there would not be furious and lash out against their husband's mistress>? That's a pretty natural human reaction.JC29856 said:

1. She was never indicted, tried or convicted
2. It has nothing to do with the fact that Trump clearly fat shamed her on national TV with reporters.
3. Trump has not denied any of it. When he went on Fox and Friends yesterday, he defended why he did it. He didn't deny.
Are you implying because of this situation (of which she wasn't indicted) that she deserved to be fat shamed? I'm not clear what you are trying to accomplish other than smearing someone for Trump's benefit.0 -

This is big news- very alarming.CM189191 said:"Since The Arizona Republic began publication in 1890, we have never endorsed a Democrat over a Republican for president. Never. This reflects a deep philosophical appreciation for conservative ideals and Republican principles.

That’s why, for the first time in our history, The Arizona Republic will support a Democrat for president."
The crazy thing is that Clinton and Trump are still neck and neck. What does that say about our candidates? The majority of us around here can agree that trump is garbage, we seem to agree there, however many of us around here don't seem to hold Clinton to the same standards. Are we that much different?

You could interpret that, but you could also say it's not really a 'change' election and people are retreating to their party of choice. Romney pulled ahead of Obama after debate one in 2012 and they were neck and neck until election day.tonifig8 said:

Many of us will exercise our right to vote 3rd party, Tonigig. We do have that option and this year more than ever, to me at least, it makes sense to do so- especially because I do not live in a swing state!tonifig8 said:

I would definitely say it's a change election. Change in terms of going away from establisment politicians. The rise of trump and the questionable results of Sanders. I think that's real significant change. We ultimately have two choices, and for many of us it really is the lesser of two evils. I would say that the two third party candidates are going to get a significant amount of votes.mrussel1 said:

Tons of dems/republicans aren't happy with their candidates, hence the consistent unfavorable ratings for these two candidates. But you're right at the end of the day people will probably vote along party lines. That was the case at my debate party. The republicans in the house, who were Cruz supporters and are constitutionalist, said they were going to vote for the clown because Clinton was worse.
This is Change in the sense that next time around we're going to see a different process, assuming progressives can actually influence a prez Clinton.
This election is far from over- and I think Trump still has a chance, how in hell can any politician survive his current campaign is beyond me, but they're still close and Clinton is very much disliked for her politics and her personal issues. It's Going to be very interesting to watch0 -
I really don't understand how anyone thinks a Trump win would get government moving away from establishment politicians or politics. For whoever actually believes that, how do you figure that's actually going to happen? What's Trump going to do to do that, and why would he? I know why he's saying that to voters, but why do people think he would actually do it, when he's never even hinted at how he might go about that. I don't think he's even managed to verbalize why that would be important. Does he know why?? Or is it just another mindless talking point that he knows his supporters gobble up without applying critical thought? With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Remember all that reddit bullshit about the guy trying to cover up an email address....here's whyThe FBI concluded that a computer technician working on Clinton's email was not engaged in an illicit cover-up when he asked on the Reddit website for a tool that could delete a "VIP" email address throughout a large file, FBI Director James Comey said Wednesday.
now shut up....
Republican lawmakers have suggested that the July 2014 Reddit post from a user believed to be Platte River Networks specialist Paul Combetta showed an effort to hide Clinton's emails from investigators.
However, at a House Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday, Comey said FBI agents concluded that all the computer aide was trying to do was replace Clinton's email address so it wouldn't be revealed to the public.
"Our team concluded that what he was trying to do was when they produced emails not have the actual address but have some name or placeholder instead of the actual dot-com address in the 'From:' line," Comey said.
Raising the issue with Comey, Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) said he believed it was obviously part of a cover-up.
"This clearly demonstrates an action to destroy evidence by people operating Clinton's private server and her staff," Goodlatte said.
In the 2014 Reddit post, user "Stonetear" described "a very interesting situation where I need to strip out a VIP’s (VERY VIP) email address from a bunch of archived email that I have both in a live Exchange mailbox, as well as a PST file."
The posting continued: "Basically, they don’t want the VIP’s email address exposed to anyone, and want to be able to either strip out or replace the email address in the to/from fields in all of the emails we want to send out."
Comey said he wasn't sure whether the FBI knew about the Reddit posting when prosecutors granted Combetta immunity to get statements from him about what transpired. However, he added that such a deletion wouldn't automatically be considered an effort to destroy evidence.
"Not necessarily ... It would depend what his intention was and why he wanted to do it," the FBI director said.

Lol, I know. I don't think there is any way of really knowing this right now. Maybe post-election polls would say more. But my guess is that Bernie's endorsement probably brought a lot of voters over to Hillary, despite what Free says. I know some are of course refusing, but I seriously doubt a majority will at the end of the day. I think that was one of her most powerful endorsements. Not to mention the Obamas. And then there are the defectors like the Bushes and the Mark Cuban types. Yeah, I think these kind of people's endorsements, especially the Republican ones, would certainly make most critical thinkers who were humouring the idea of voting Trump reconsider (the non-critical thinkers sure won't be changing their minds. I doubt it would matter if God himself came down from the Heavens and told them to vote Hillary, lol). But as to your actual question... besides being able to see what famous people are doing or people we know personally, no, I don't think there is any reliable way to know one way or the other before election day.HughFreakingDillon said:

Hillary has Katie Perry stripping, she has the entire Democratic establishment working overtime for her- She has newspapers who haven't endorsed a Dem in a century or ever, she has big time celebrities endorsing her and raising millions- she has corporations donating money in truckloads, she has a former republican president, she has endorsement of everyone and their moms, etc..etc..HughFreakingDillon said:do any of these media or political endorsements have any significant impact on the voting public? has anyone been able to quantify its effect, if any?
