Hahahah i totally agree, it is the only thing I can relate to with Jeb lol

This is actually a play off something a cab driver said to me and some colleagues in 1998 or something when we were in DC.

We asked him. "What do you think about this whole Monica Lewinsky thing?" And the cabbie said..."You know, I don't think I'd have a president who would turn down a free blow job".
We were blown away by the depth of that response.

I will say that I'm surprised to see some of my right wing facebook "friends" posting memes basically saying that Jeb and Hillary are the same.

    That I did not expect.

Hard core righties and lefties can't stand bi partisan moderates.Im telling people Jeb is not George. He will be a very good leader.
Hard due to how much he looks like Dubya. Dad was okay but just can't stand looking at Dubya's face. Yeah yeah I know like how some love Obummer.

Hey, I'm all for it in theory and sometimes appropriate in practice...but a married president getting a BJ from anyone but his wife (not to mention the role - roll? - of the cigar)?

    Nope!

Your assuming the First Lady didn't have a service dept of her own(with a door that opened both directions)! Also they always strikes me as a marriage of mutual forward movement. Each helped the other climb the ladder, while each could still have certain personal freedoms.Hillary is a smart women.Of course she knew.Bill was in trouble not for the act but because he got caught.Wasnt he shtooping the girl from the Whitwater scandal also?

But then be open about it! Or keep it private and don't have it come out in the open.

I assume there've been many similar scenarios over the years - I get it, even (sadly) accept it - but then when exposed (so to speak), and asked about it? Man up and don't hide behind the semantics of "sexual relations".

The whole primary is going to be a major shit-show. Slinging mud fighting to appeal to the extreme right until a nominee is chosen, then swinging to the middle to appeal to the people who are reasonable... Nuts.

Hillary Clinton was the original "birther" so at least she will be able to maintain a degree of consistency.

Did you happen to read some of the comments from American citizens who say that Canada isn't really a foreign country?

Technically Israel is not a foreign country, since we're okay that they spy on us and release information to our congressmen.

i just saw that the lunatic evangelical base are saying "anybody but jeb". can't be good for him if he can't woo those people.

The NYTimes had an article about the religious right trying to coalesce around one candidate for this cycle. They believe these to be inalienable truths:
    1. During the primary, religious conservatives knocked each other off, leaving Mittens
    2. During the general, a moderate republican suppressed the vote of true conservatives.

So they are trying to unite behind one to ensure that's the general candidate. Many think this is a waste of time because of the big money donations Jeb or someone like that can generate, creates an advantage that is insurmountable That could very well be true. I just don't see how Cruz, Santorum or someone like that can win a general election.

Tough to see a good candidate when you have hate in your mind,A rattle snake around your neck, talk in jibberish and think real history is what's written in the book.
These religious zealots of all faiths are such hypocritical ass wads.

“I think Gov. [Mike] Pence has done the right thing,” former Florida governor and likely 2016 contender Jeb Bush said in a Monday interview. “I think once the facts are established, people aren’t going to see this as discriminatory at all.”

I'm sure you saw that he backed away from his Hugh Hewitt comments while at a fundraiser in Silicon Valley. He is in a box. He has to support it for the religious right and is getting pressure from businesses which tend to be socially liberal, economically laissez-faire. What we have is the continued manifestation of the unholy alliance between social conservatives and business. Their intents are inherently at odds. They don't always clash, but when they do, it makes it very difficult for people not named Santorum.
