Not a witch hunt on my part, sorry if that how it seems.
I posted in a thread a wile ago in the hope this person would come good, they read that thread, thought they may come good, has not happened. In previous PM they thanked me for my understanding and for not Outing them, that was last year. Just lost faith they would do the right thing,

oh no no no, believe me i feel you have exercised considerable restraint in not doing so.

seems there is a lot of encouragement to out them publically, and i just felt that if at all possible that could be avoided then thats the route to take.

However if that possibility has long since expired, frankly they deserve nothing less.

still hope you get this fixed.

The best thing is to call him out by name.....then people will see that they need to be caucious in dealing w this member.....regular or not if you call him out by name he might make things good so this community can see if he will make things right! I'm sad to say that judging by the PM's i have received that this will not be fixed anytime soon, unfortunately i am not the only one, and the "trader" has logged in after I started this thread and left. They have my email, phone number and board name, not like they could not contact me

I mean, it sounds dreadful, but im always conscious there are two sides to every coin, and perhaps there is an explanation. To be fair to the OP it sounds like he has been more than fair and patient, but the public lambasting rarely helps and achieves much other than ill feeling.

If whoeever this is needs to be called out to put it right then so be it, but as ever 'shit sticks' and we shouldnt judge until the full facts are known.

The public bashing is childish, and I don't advocate it.

I would argue that, if nothing else, the warning should come as a result of a delay that seems to have extended over a year to this point. Frankly, if the other party was interested in making things right he/she would have done so already.
