  • IT. RIVALED. PJ20.

    That. Is. All.

    I am emotionally exhausted.

    They brought it.

    Thanks, brotha.

Hope you had a good show too.

    :)
    Run for it, Marty.

    Fuck yeah! 8-)

McCready completely went nuts on the Black solo; more than usual!

    I called Go! Fantastic opener!

Really enjoyed all of the songs except for Backspacer. :x

Was hoping for ABITW tag on Daughter, but nope.

Ed did the "oh oh oh" thing during Evolution, that was awesome. Now I know what it was all about in Europe and it was cool!

Ed messed up some lyrics in the first couple songs.

I was about 20 rows back right in front of Jeff. Closest I have ever been. :D

Of course got a poster and a sticker 8-)

I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.
  • The boys had very good energy tonight. It was deff not one of my favorite shows but any PJ show is good. RVM was very solid imo. Jay Z and the wma combo was awesome. Show #19 came 12yrs to the date of my 1st show ever. Ty PJ for always bringing it!!!!!
    Go Birds!!!!

Still blown away even though it was kinda a greatest hits type show, but it all worked and I've never seen them and a crowd that into those songs. It was refreshing to see all the younger people so into them; especially the cutie college babes. As we all know PJ shows are mainly older angry dudes like me. What a truly phenomenal blast.
  • I can't wait for vid of 99 Problems. Need to add to "Covers" folder.

Had a blast! Front row center! Totally worth getting in early and running out of food, water. Thought they really killed it for a two-hour set. They were jumpin from Go. Yeah, yeah, we all want a more varied setlist, but its a fest and the energy was great between the band and all us crazy folks near the stage. Even without Jay-Z, WMA turned into a MONSTER rocker! Never heard it like that. And Know Your Rights!
Of course met a bunch of cool people to hang until the boys came on. One of the best parts of PJ shows - the other fans. I've gone to many shows alone and always hooked up with friendly, open folks just sharing energy and love of music.
So, despite every inch of my body aching, and smelling of Ed's wine, I'm a happy camper. Hopefully its a full tour in 2013!

  • Despite the fact that it was mostly hits, I had more fun at this show than any other except the Spectrum last few shows. The fact that it was no filler was great and I would rather a setllist like this than the PJ20 drug out set.

    How was RUN DMC?
    THEY WERE FUCKING AMAZING
  • Wasn't Chris Cornell supposed to play before Pearl Jam as well? Anyone have a setlist for him? Weird if he was there, that he wouldn't join the band for at least Hunger Strike.

He announced officially that he had to cancel his set a few days/week ago. Shame, really. Always love TOTD reunions...
