Great idea for the thread.

How about mixing up touring venues? Do something completely different. Play high school auditoriums or college auditoriums for 10C only members. Only ONE show per 10c fan or some limit. This adds to the usually frickin incredible PJ shows and makes the shows that much more different and a once in a lifetime experience.

Oh, and can you please come back to Detroit?! Not everyone is poor here. We can afford tickets.

OK, I will add my vote to EV bootlegs... or at least pick one epic show, and make it "the" official live album.

Also, sell more stickers or shirts hoodies etc with the 2006 "cross-surfboard" logo.

Why not do a pre-order for all future CD boots so they can be paid for early (by those who want to), say a week prior to release to allow time for money to be taken from our respective accounts allowing us to get them dispatched on the release date?

At the moment we have to wait until they appear in the goods section, order them, then wait for a few days before they are dispatched.

In order to do this, they charge EVERYONE for the mp3 of the show and include it in the ticket price.

I wouldn't be opposed to that...or, if you want the CD, work it like this:

1) Enter code at pearljam.com. Each person's code is different. Each show is different. If you go to Dallas, you get a certain code for "YOU DALLAS"... if you go to another show in Houston, you get "YOU HOUSTON" code.

2) If you want to upgrade to the CD, you pay something like $5 additional, but get MP3 right away.

Phish tickets, with the MP3 download included, available the next day or sooner are typically around $70 a piece ( all fees included, rounded up). That is still less than PJ. They offer upgrades to the downloads but the basic MP3 is included in the price of the ticket. That is the model if you ask me.
