I did some snooping since DS just loves conspiracy theories:

Dreya: produced and starred in "A Marine Story", worked as an aerialist for Madonna and Pink. Is married to Ned Farr who also produced the entire P90x video series. According to Wiki: "She describes herself as omnisexual"

Pam (the blam): Served in the Air Force for 4 years, was a contestant on The Weakest Link, runs a website called "YourBlackFriend.com" and wrote the book "Why Do Black People Love Fried Chicken"

Tony Sawyer Horton: played a detective in “Rebecca’s Secret,” a late night, premium-cable soft-core porn movie.

Joe Bovino: a lawyer who likes women and wrote a book http://www.fieldguidetochicks.com/

so it's a mini muffin top now...someone decided they want to workout with me...but they don't get home until 6pm usually, so I keep missing workouts. I worked out this weekend...even though it was 90+ (we don't have a/c)

You get to see it when I get a new tattoo.

I bought 10-Minute Trainer, it's like P90x condensed down to 3-10 minute sessions.

I can do all 3 workouts or just 1 or 2 workouts.

Still burn about 600 calories in that 30 minutes.

I've done p90x twice. The first time I stayed pretty much to the program. The second time I substituted long runs for the cardio workouts.

It's a great program, I highly recommend it.
I'm thinking about getting p90x2 or Insanity next. I'm not sure if I can get through another 3 months of the same thing...

technically 'no', but I have the resistance bands that you anchor to the door, so when you do 'Tires', you have the bands giving you resistance. Might need them when you do the strength training moves like Lawnmowers, Upright Rows-unless you want to use weights.

The sessions go so fast you probably just want to stick to the bands.

Yeah that's my thing...I get bored very easily and since I already did Insanity I think Asylum might not motivate me. I honestly feel like I want to just go right into P90x2 because the first one might bore me too...crazy?

p90x def gets boring around month 3...but at that point you really start to see some awesome changes so it's easy to stick to it at that point. Going through the program a second time was tough for me. The exercises were easier, but having to watch those videos over again... not fun!
I've read that p90x2 has tougher workouts and shouldn't be a starting point for most...unless you're already in decent shape.
Do you want to trade? I can send you my p90x discs if you send me Insanity? :)

burned to DVD, they won't run in my DVD player or on my laptop (Win7).
But they will play on Mr. RK's laptop.

I need some sort of converter or something.

I wonder if you copy all the files on that DVD locally to your hard drive, if you can use "Windows DVD Maker", and burn it in a format that will work on your laptop.

Oh, I don't mind if they are burned. All the discs are there right?

Text or PM me your address.

Mamasan...I'm sure you know, but you'll need some weights or bands for p90x. Pull up bar is optional as long as you can mount the bands to a door.

Yep they're all there - and all the schedules and fit test tables are all on a disc too, so you can just print them out.

And I do have weights and bands - I don't really have a door to mount anything to where I work out in my house tho, will that be really detrimental to it?
