After completing my P90 video this morning I am taking tomorrow off!

I'm consuming alcohol this weekend and I'm not going to feel guilty about it. Now, I'm just trying to find a rationalization. There MUST be one somewhere......
Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!

I think the lowest calorie drink you could have is rum and diet coke.

    Have fun. You deserve it.

Going with Vodka, seltzer and a splash of no sugar added cranberry with fresh limes.

Since my alcohol intake has been so low as of late it shouldn't take much to get me where I want to be! Pleasantly relaxed

Eh, I drank whenever I wanted during my last 90 days! Didn't think twice. I did cut back on the beer though. Gin or vodka tonics (with diet tonic water) got me through some tough days!

I did not start om Memorial Day Monday like I was going to...

I DID start this past Monday. The workouts aren't killing me like before, but I'm sore.

I started doing it last week again. Was going well. Soreness took hold.

However, I broke my foot and pulled my hamstring both in one inning of a baseball game Sunday so I am screwed for a week or 2. Hopefully not longer.

Well, my broken foot is about 95% healed, so I am ready for another round, starting Monday. I will do the 91 days again, including the X Stretch workouts. Going protein heavy on the diet, low calorie.

    is anyone currently partaking?

I am in the 5th day of a new round. Broken bones have held into place and actually feel better since the Yoga workout
    :)

yes, I started a few weeks ago, and then I started renovations on the house, spent the 4th of July weekend installing laminate and painting.

Didn't workout for 5 days, but I'm back on this week. Phase II starts on Sunday.

I need to switch my diet, weight still hasn't changed... :x

    Two updates:

    1) I'm in my second week of phase 3....second time through. This time was physically easier, just much more boring.

    2) I was talking to a friend about p90x and forgot the name of one of the cast members. Googled it only to find that one of the P90x cast members is a porn star!!! Holy crap! Guess who it is? Would have been one of the last people I would have guessed....Loraine! The little German potato soup pull-up chick! :o Will never see chest and back the same way again!

As I was looking up our starlet, I found out that Erik (the guy in Plyo with one leg) is in Super Troopers and Dukes of Hazzard, and a member of Broken Lizard.

Definitely would have rather seen Shawna instead of German Potato Soup. Sophia or Audra would have been way better too!
Pretty sure there will be some serious snickering the next time I have to do chest and back!! :D

Thinking about starting this. My sisters boyfriend had a lot of success with it. Like the muscle training with it but want to include running in my daily workouts.

I have no idea which one it was. Let's just say she was the focal point of a number of very large dudes!

For such a smal, thin girl, I'm pretty sure she'd have no problem stealing a basketball from a sporting goods store! :P
