    Finally got mine in Oz y'day!!!!!
    5 weeks is a loooooooooong time 2 wait but it is pretty sweet :D

    Glad my Vs/Vitalogy set isn't ordered thru this mob......

    I was refunded 2-3 days after I exchanged an email or two with them. The first mail told them I didn't recieve it, the 2nd asked for the refund, and I got my money back right away.

    Now I wonder if it will still show up, and what I will do if it does :D

    As far as I am concerned the matter is dealt with now. I have my refund and anything that may have arrived after that is no ones business :D

    Wouldn't believe it, a friend of mine (he posts on here) received one from universal and one from the other place he ordered from.... Wow, in the space of two days. I think he is waiting to here if he gets busted from universal....

    Believe that waiting for so long that 2 arrived in two days. Even after he got the refund from universal.

    I went and bought mine from JB the moment i was refunded, and then about a month later, on tuesday the 22nd it arrives, so I now have two ( for the price of one !?).

    I still have yet to receive mine and its been over 7 weeks. I've contacted them several times to no avail. I just disputed the charge on my credit card.

    I received a refund from Universal a couple weeks ago. It arrived yesterday.

    I sent two emails beginning mid February and it FINALLY arrived today! I was about to request a refund but have been busy and hadn't gotten around to it. What a surprise! I truly thought it was a lost cause. :lol:

    3 weeks ago I disputed the charge on my credit card since I didn't believe Universal UK actually sent the boxed set.

    Got home last night and there was a package waiting for me on the kitchen counter! It appears Universal UK actually did mail it on January 13th. It took almost *** 9 *** weeks for it to arrive!

    Either the UK postal service is slow, it took FOREVER to clear customs or the US postal service is slow.

    Which ever is the case, I don't really care. I am just happy it arrived undamaged.

    Just for the record: I got a refund from Universal, it showed up 2 weeks later, I send it back on my dime and they refunded me the shipping fee. Got another one from Amazon Canada and saved about $30 overall. All better.

    Nice one! Well, it seems that, as incompetent as they were, they were trying their best and happy to sort things out in the end.
