    and why no one in europe dont receive their boxes?as it seems the Greek post office hold them all for some reason...i know you get alot of mails about this item from all over the world..pearl jam fans we communicate very well and know how things are...this is not a good service Mr Brendan Bullard-West ....

    thats what i said a week now..they didnt ship it in the first place..they said that suppose to wait 21 days ..the 21 days didnt pass yet..they dont have stock one day,now free replacement..how stupid they think we are to believe them?

    I just sent a nice email to them. I told them that I would not buy a 'lost in the mail' excuse as everyone's has been 'lost in the mail.' I also told them that Pearl Jam fans are urging the band to no longer have dealings with Universial, and Pearl Jam are a band of the people and may well listen. I also added that Universial name is being dragged through the mud.

    What a nerve, with the heading ' Universal music issue resolved'
    Um, it's not resolved, the problem would be solved if I was blasting LO10L from my cd player. This is not resolved.
