I then emailed you a second time, once your self-imposed deadline of 21 days for delivery had passed informing you that I would like a refund. Given the time has now expired and my order has not arrived, I believe this to be a fair request. I do however find it amazing that you have chosen to ignore my last email. As a paying client of Universal Music, I would expect far better customer service in not only your delivery system, but in your attention to a customer who is experiencing a problem with your product. At no time have I been rude or abusive and expect my emails to be answered with the same courtesy.
I repeat: I am still waiting for delivery of order XXXXXX or a full refund and would like someone to contact me in regard to this issue.

So I just got off the phone (again) to Universal. Im in the same boat as everyone else bar the fact that this one is a gift and my other order from What Records arrived in super fast time. Basically its the same deal: we can re-ship or refund. I asked could they re-ship with express delivery (tracking number) and they said no. I pushed it a little and she spoke to her supervisor. The answer was still no. I can gt a refund and then re-order it myself with express shipping (!) i.e. I have to pay the extra.
To be honest at this stage Im going to opt for a refund and give Tim my money.

I'm dealing with Brandon as well. It's funny they are using the same email to all of us but changing who it is from in Universal.
I'm waiting here in southern California. A friend of mine sent a Christmas gift from London and it took a month to get to me. Are we still waiting for these or, if we don't have it by now, it's not coming? (Although, yes, why did we bother with a pre-sale if it was not going to be delivered until a month after the release date?)

Well, I'm taking a risk. The last e-mail that I received from Universal said I had a choice of having it resent or I could get a refund. I replied and obviously chose the refund. However, the risk is that I don't really trust Universal and I went ahead and ordered the box set from Amazon.ca.
The price from Amazon ended up being something like $68.21 USD. Through Universal, it was almost $100, right? Ugh, what a challenge this has been. Here's hoping I (we) get that damn refund from Universal!! :evil:
