LOTL from universal

Hi, has anyone actually received their lotl from universal?? I'm in Ireland and got an email on the 11th that it was shipped.
I emailed them and they seem to think that it's lost in the mail.
Anyone with the same problem?

Could you please email them if you are still waiting (particularly if you are in Europe).

    I have not received mine from universal either. I'm also in the US. I will contact them though to see what they say.

    Which shipping option did you use? Standard or Express? I got my shipping confirmation on the 11th from Universal UK like all who did order view presale. Received the box set here in Canada on the 19th via Express.

    I used the standard shipping. That doesn't mean it should take 3 weeks to get from Uk to Ireland. They have alot to answer for IMO.

    Hi I am here in Florida and got the same email on Jan 11th that it was being shipped. As yet, I have not received it. I am contacting Universal on Monday if my order does not arrive. Thought it was just me...I should have ordered from Amazon in Canada...never again from Universal!

    Have emailed Universal 3 times because they cancelled another item from my order that I had already paid for - still no reply and no LOXL

    I got the shipment confirmation on the 12th and emailed them about my credit card and asked about the time in transit and this is what I got:

    "Your order was shipped using a Rest of the World standard service on 12/01/11 and payment went through successfully. They usually take about 10 working days to arrive, but on occasion they can take up to 21.

    If you have not received your order within these time frames, please contact the local sorting office of your national postal service as they sometimes hold onto packages they were unable to deliver. If you still have not received your order after contacting your local sorting office, please let us know and we will assist further."

    Today was the 12th business day and Im still waiting ... :cry:

    For sure. Standard shipping from UK to Ireland should not take this long. This my friend is how I feel when I receive goods from the 10club (USA), where I live just across the border (Canada). It takes 6-8 weeks to get goods up here. Does that make any sense when you live on the same land & across the border? For you, the Irish & Celtic Seas divide Ireland from the UK. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a package that long to fly or even swim across. It's fucked up!

    In los angeles NO universal superdelxue. Still hasn't arrived..almost 2 weeks after email and release date... thanks for this thread..at least my misery has company..:-)

    Never again! Only ordered from them because of the link posted for Universal UK, received my payment Jan. 11th, got email confirmation that it was shipping out on the 14th. Standard, which comes with no tracking. Told me the same thing, you have to take it up with your postal service, but not until 21 days. So, as of today, still waiting and frustrated. And glad I am not the only one, thought it was just me..And don't laugh, but I live in Alabama :roll:

    21 business days would be around Feb. 18th..or 1 month after release date. Sucks that I ended up paying $40 more through Universal than Amazon has it right now, and have to wait a month. Universal screwed us. Unless theese are signed ...we all made a bad choice...going through the Ten Club link..What Recordes would have been better or SoundstageDirect

    In the same boat here in the lovely garden state, got my email on the 12th, called my post office on friday the 28th told me they didn't have anything for me, plan on contacting universal monday. I can say never again, from now on its 10C or bust.

    PS - I almost feel for the customer service rep who will be getting 25+ calls/emails about this monday. :D

    Received another email from Universal. They said it's more than likely lost in the mail and they are going to process a refund. They don't have any left in stock to replace my order.

    This is a load of balls!

    I find it weird that no one (who used standard shipping) has received it yet. Whats going on?

    Still no sign of it, my mate is a postman and I've had him check the collection centre a few times. This is a bit wirey, must get on to universal.

    So far this month I have had two posters not show up (which the 10c excellently looked after by immediately resending one of them and refunding the other which is out of stock, thanks again guys!) and now this, bad month!!

    I'm in the UK (and used Standard shipping) and received mine within a few days of the shipping email, no problem

    Sounds to me like its lost.......and now they have no stock :( Hope you get it sorted soon

    Posted this in the other thread but it may be usueful to some people:

    Just spoke to Universal Music on the phone. The reason why there is a delay in shipping to me is because I am in southern Ireland and not northern Ireland so it is being sent by their European depo. They advise I wait until 21 working days before enquiring again. Sounds like any UK addresses / northern Ireland should have theirs (I got my shipping confirmation Jan 12).

    Seems ridiculous but as I said elsewhere it might explain the cheap delivery charge they offered. So Im calling back at the end f this week if it hasn't arrived.

    Also ring them if you wish to speak to them. I've had no problems getting through. The number is at athe bottom of your shipping confirmation email.

    still waiting on something in Charlotte. I did email universal a few weeks ago asking for a tracking number, but they have yet to reply
