Yeah, based on the weather this afternoon and the current radar it looks like it was a bad call. Are you still able to go tomorrow?

It quit raining this morning. They called it because the forecast called for more rain. But the system had moved out of the area by noon.

I am not sure I have ever seen a game called because of the threat of rain.

    WTF MLB? Really?

Now sure how the weather was at the the ballpark but we did get a few bands of moderately heavy rain throughout the evening in Dallas. They still shouldn't have canceled it though. They could've just had a few rain delays..don't think they would have needed more than 2, if any, since the bands were moving pretty quickly and it wasn't really a steady rain.

OK, so we're back. Now what?

Washington still hasn't set the rotation and I swear out of all of his decisions to make this will be the toughest because of the way the starters have decided to tank in the post season. After brilliant turns in the 2nd half, CJ Wilson, Derek Holland, Colby Lewis and Matt Harrison have all struggled in the post-season. CJ has been particularly abysmal. But it hasn't been too bad because we also sport the best bullpen in the league. Ogando, Feldman, Adams and Feliz have been outstanding.

The lineup has forced teams to go to their bullpens early at times and that always favors the Rangers. Give me the Texas lineup against any bullpen in the league any day of the week, even the Cardinals who have had the same issues with their starters that the Rangers have had.

Chris Carpenter will be tough. But the Rangers have beaten tough pitchers all post-season. David Price, James Shields, Jeremy Hellickson, Max Scherzer twice, Justin Verlander, Jose Valverde. And I don't think the Cardinals starters are on par with the Giants last year.

The biggest challenge for Texas is this: the Cardinals offense is by far the best the Rangers have season this post season. Better than the Tigers in my opinion. The Tigers were hampered by injuries and the Cardinals don't have that problem.

Give me the Rangers in 6. All they need to do is split the first two in STL.

Oh man. Have a blast! I was lucky enough to go to Game 4 last year. The Rangers lost that game (and the series of course) but that was an unforgettable experience.

I am pretty much unable to take this anymore. Can we please fast forward to tonight? But part of me wants to slow down and enjoy the moment. I am trying to enjoy and appreciate my team just being in this position but it is difficult. I did that last year and was fine with them losing. This year is different.

    I am a basket-case right now.
