so the shit has fianlly hit the fan.

Kessle complains about Ron wilson. I love this. what is Berke going to do? I saw get rid of Wilson. he is not the coach for a rebuilding team.

And they did! (As the Hurricanes, but that still counts.)

I think most of this situation is the media having a field day blowing things out of proportion and taking things out of context.
Wilson and Kessel had a chat, they're fine.

Just like the whole Hal Gil/Suppan thing.

Well Burke pulled off a loser for loser trade. Glad to see Beachumin gone, but really....Lupol. Never liked him, always overrated in My opinion. I guess there banking on the kid they got along with Lupol, I guess he is a former 1st rounder, don't know much about him. Well hope he works out

    Subban ;)
The Gill Subban thing was even funnier because they were never serious in the first place. See the piece on TSN about them? That was right after the 'asshole' thing ;)
The media in Toronto and Montreal are retarded.
  • The trade was all about acquiring a prospect. Beauchemin is brutral and Lupol is Brittle - those 2 are a wash. It's all about the potential that Gardner has.

for once ... i'm hoping the leafs make that annual push for 9th or 10th place in the conference ... the kessel trade is done ... no point giving boston TWO - top 3 picks ...

what the leafs need is goaltending ...

Looks like Grabovski is a tough little guy. After taking a pounding from Chara and continuing to play   If that was Kessel getting hit like that, the little wimp would have gone to the room and probably started crying
Well I hope Grabo can continue his solid play and be a leader on this team

I have enjoyed this game tonight thoroughly. Currently 0-0 in OT. That Rosehill/Lessard fight was just colossal.

edit: Just ended in a shootout. Its a shame. This game I would have loved to see end in a tie. One of the better games I have seen this season though.

Well this is definately a huge game today against the Thrashers. Its the game in hand against the Hurricanes, can pull them within 3 points of the Canes. Go Leafs Go!

it looks like its going to be a pretty good battle for the last 2 spots between the Rangers, Carolina, Buffalo, the Devils, and the Leafs. Hopefully Washington or Montreal goes into a skid and we can add one of them to the equation. It must be exciting for Toronto to be included in serious consideration for the playoffs.

I also love the save by Reimer near the end of the game, catching that floating puck with like six players in his crease. I also thought i'd never go for the sens, but i am tonight on TSN against the Rangers.

its very possible. The Leafs have a hell of a schedule... But the wheels are completely falling off on the Rangers. Carolina just looks so-so... and Buffalo is on about the same plane as Carolina.

Hawks definately helped us out last night, but 7 wins in a row for them. I just hope that they are tired for tonight and the Leafs can take advantage of it and break their winning streak at the same time.
But I also thought much of the same when the Leafs went into Philly the other night. I thought the Leafs would be tired and facing the best team in the NHL & in their barn, didn't think they would have gotten the 2 points. Got to take advantage of this game in hand we have.

    GO LEAFS GO :D

Such a huge win last night against the Sabres. Man the Leafs are really teasing Leaf Nation. Now within 4 pts with games against the Sabres, Canes, & Thrashers left, the possibility is real :D

Althought the Leafs got the huge win over Minny last night, all the other wrong teams won :D Just once I was hoping the Sens could due us a huge favor and beat the Canes...........but noooooooo they can't even do that. Same goes for the Habs losing to the Sabres  I think both those teams threw the games just to help Fuck the Leafs :D

We didn't. I think we just suck half the time naturally.
A few lines laid up probably doesn't help.
