Yeah, Romo was the best Giants player in the first half. He appears to have his head out of his ass now, so somebody actually wearing a Giants jersey is going to have to do something now. Scary thought, I know New York.

Gotta hand it to 'em. Still think they suck, but most teams would have quit. Hell, the Giants did. Now it's a game though, so we'll see what both teams are made of.

OMG just cut Felix Jones right now during the game and get it over with. He's been a disaster for over 2 years now. We miss DeMarco Murray so much.

Yup...and if you look at the only part of this team that's not getting better...it's the offense...Garrett coach's the offence and they've regressed so much this year.

The D is getting better, the Offensive line is getting, special teams is getting better...the offense is getting worse...who calls the plays? Who coach's them during the week? Who has no emotion'? GARRETT!!!

I know I give the Cowboys a lot of shit, but that was a hell of a comeback. Had they not dug themselves that hole to begin with they would have run all over the Giants the way they were playing today. Cowboys beat the Cowboys.

I hear you, but the Giants really didn't deserve to win either. If anything I think the Cowboys had the moral victory, but not the actual victory of course. What can the Giants really say about themselves? They blew a 23 point lead, their D looked like a sieve, their offense was incompetent, couldn't even get a first down to seal the game and only one offensive TD the whole game. I guess they can be proud of their kicker.

Of course Dallas does have the turnover issue to dampen the moral victory.

I agree about the moral victory...and the D has to feel good about itself, they seem to be getting better, especially with all the injuries they have.

I thought Jimmy Johnson said it best in his post game comments. Now I'm paraphrasing " its often not how many big plays you make, it's how few mistakes you make".

The giants just made fewer mistakes...the mistakes the Cowboys are making are on Offense, Garrett is coaching the O, they are getting worse...if he don't right the ship I'd be surprised if he's back next year...Jerry is very impatient with head coaches.

Jerry is also very stubborn when it comes to admitting mistakes, making him very slow to correct those mistakes. Jason was his golden boy, home grown within the organization, and Jerry was putting all his eggs in Jason's basket before the guy was even head coach. Wasn't Garrett getting paid the same as Wade Phillips when he was the O coordinator? So I think it might take a little bit longer for him to give Jason the heave-ho.

Yes he was? And you are correct about him being stubborn...then I wonder if he'll make Jason turn over the play calling to the OC and give him responsibility during the week...because Callahan is responsible for the OL and they've gotten better...every aspect of this team has gotten better except the areas Garrett is responsible for...you'd think Jones would see that.

You are right and he'll probably be there another year... :x :x

...the defence is really starting to play well, especially considering the injuries.

...the O line seems to be playing much better

...if the offence was not making so many mistakes they could be 3-0 since the bye week

...so Garrett needs to stand up and do a better job coaching and play calling.

The D really impressed me yesterday ... the O turns the ball over 6 times and your a finger away from winning.

1st game after the bye a field goal miss away from winning it.

The O has to get this shit sorted out ... the problem .... I doubt with Garrett as coach they will ... I doubt with Romo as QB they will ... and Bryant whines too much ... almost after every-time he doesn't make a catch.

And how about Witten's performance ... just awesome.

After yesterday the NFL has a new interception leader, Tony Romo surpassed Matt Cassel, Andy Dalton and Brandon Weeden to take the top spot with 13.

It might not be as bad as it looks, 9 of them came in 2 games (Giants and Bears). But it's still a pretty dubious honor. And with only 9 TD's those 13 INT's look a little worse.

Of course you know athletes, they'll give you the old standard line about how individual achievements don't mean anything, but don't be so modest Tony.

At this point I'm ready to give Orton a shot.

Tony really should have signed a contract extension when JJ mentioned getting him signed to an extension earlier in the season.
