through 4 games this about the worst coached eagles team i can remember since the later ray rhodes years.

from the arrogance of just expecting your offensive line coach to step right in and right the ship on the defensive side....to handing the middle linebacker job to a 4th round scrub with no competition....to passing it 54 times in a game you lead by 17 points at halftime (yeah, that doesn't work)....to little things that end up huge like your players carrying the football around like it's a fucking man purse.

oh yeah, going into the season with a rookie kicker. that's not gonna cost you a game right? right?

i hate this team right now. and i think i'm at the end of the line with this coach, whose fingerprints are all over this disaster.

1-3. fuck.......at least dallas choked too.

Can you explain to me why these head coach's seemingly forget about the run when they got the lead? Dallas and Philly this week

  • I was at the game.

Ton of hate for Maclin and Ronnie Brown from the knuckle-dragging fanbase.

Yeah, man, Maclin and Brown need to work on their tackling, coverage, and play calling.
I knew it all along, see?

Scene: 2nd Annual Suck For Luck Convention
Jerry Jones: Jeffery fancy meeting you here I thought you guys had something of a "Dream Team" going on up there in Philly?
Jeffery Lurie: Jere I just dumped $100M on a QB and on some Free Agents that aren't quite doing their job.
Jerry Jones: (Taking swig from bottle of Cognac) I fucking blasted a Bill(ion) on a stadium that doesn't come close to being as loud as Buffalo or Kansas City when they are half full. I feel your pain buddy.
Jeffery Lurie: (Taking a swig from a can of Natty Light) so you're saying I'm still a cheapskate.
Jerry Jones: Awww no man...well yeah.

do you guys have your own thoughts or just love to spew tired old cliche's? running the ball against the #1 run defense in the league was not an option. offensive game plan was not the problem. 500+ yards and somehow the game plan was at fault   at the absolute minimum should have scored at least 35 points and probably in the 40s. two awful fumbles and 2 easy missed kicks.

maclin 2 awful plays late in games to cost us chances to win.

the hiring of castillo as the d coordinator will end up being the final nail the coffin for reid. this defense is just flat out awful.

nmandi working on being a monumental bust.

i wanted nnamdi don't get me wrong, and he's still awesome...but that's the problem with picking guys up for a new defense and new d-coordinator with about 10 minutes to learn it.

it's about picking up a guy who excelled in man to man press coverage for 8 years then telling him to play zone.

the coaching is horrible on this team right now. all phases.

...apparently that ronnie brown goal line disaster was a designed pass play for him...without desean jackson, lesean mccoy, jason avant or jeremy maclin on the field. i don't get it.

and on that morgan 30 yard td catch? juan sends 7. stop blitzing you dope! oh boy

I agree it's the opposite of when D'Angelo Hall (not even close to as good of course) who went from playing zone which allowed him to be fast and not-physical in a dome with ATL to being Nnamdi's 2nd in command in man-to-man. If I remember correctly Jay Cutler completed 18 balls to Eddie Royal that day.

does playing zone turn him into a bobby taylor type tackler too? besides lousy scheme and coaching this team sucks at tackling. some of the tackling efforts are embarrassing.

good coaches find ways to utilize their players strengths. unfortunately our head coach is letting the offensive line coach coordinate the defense.

somehow cowboys fans and eagles fans have found a common ground in 2011. what the hell is going on? :?

I have to admit, that Ronnie Brown play is one on the funniest NFL bloopers I have ever seen. Seriously, what was he thinking? His explanation doesn't even make any sense.

Im so sick and tired of the smug im better/smarter then you attitude. From clock mangement to horrible challanges to HORENDOUS play calling. In the Atl game Reid thought he was to passive with Kafka,so whats he do? He calls for a bomb his 1st play the following week. Then the NYG game he said he ran too much so whats he do? He throws it 49 times when being up 20pts. Not to mention Shady is avg over 6yds a carry. Not to mention when u run the ball u keep the clock running.

I'm so sick and tired of not valuing certain positions. From the Lb's to Safetys to Def Cordinators. Hate to break the news to ya Andy Jim Johnsons no longer here. And just because he did things a certain way doesn't mean others can do the same. You let ur def leader go 2yrs ago and have paid for it ever since. Leadership goes along way and that is something this def doesn't have. Im so fed up with this Coach and i truly don't see how others can't be.

No...the best is when Owen Schmitt is in on goal line. They never do play action with him so when he's in the game you know he's getting the ball.

Hence being stuffed in the backfield each time. They did the same crap when Buckhalter was here.

So is espn. They were showing how both teams have been outscored in the 4th quarter this year. Pathetic.
