    Sounds good so far.

Team Wyoming consisting of myself and my wife are planning to attend at least one night. We dont know anyone either really, but have met a few of you at Hawaii and EV LA1 at the Opus. We are more of the spectator than participant so knock yourselves out and make an ass out of your self for our entertainment :)

I think riding the Ducks would be fun, but I'll have to check with the other half.

I´ll probably be there! Both nights. Not sure if a friend is tagging along. He will if he gets his US visa! BTW, we are 1 ticket short for seattle 2. Maybe we can find somebody w/ extra tic? Hope so.

You know Paul and I will be there. :) Can't wait.

  • Laura,

Ozzie's is a dump and it smells like Vinegar and Vomit. The service there also blows. With how many people that are probably going to show up, it might not be the best place to have it at.

Although on the plus side, we can be as rowdy as we want there probably.
Hola! Yah, I know what you mean about Ozzie's not being the finest smelling/looking bar in Seattle but we (some friends/volunteers and I) went down to Lower Queen Anne last Wednesday night to check it out. Ozzie's can accommodate us for both nights, has the occupancy we would need, and is super close to the Key. We were not able to find any other place that meet these criteria. The owners have embraced the benefit and have already commited 25% of food sales and $1/drink special to the charity. Any other ideas I'm cool with too...I'm Open

    Maybe Buckley's or Jabu's maybe?

If Ozzie's is prepared than it should be fine. I hope they know what they're in for. ;)

I don't know anything about Buckley's but Jabu's would be way too small. Sucks too because my friend who is helping host is super good friends of the owners of Jabu's. We are already at about 30 RSVP's and I'd like to target about 150+ for the event for the sake of the beneficiary. Trust that Ozzie's knows what they are in for. Having heard about some of the crowd there before, I'd like to think we would be a rather tame crowd...LOL! p.s.- just called Buckley's and max occ. is 98 then called Ozzies and they are unofficially 176 per the dishwasher who couldn't find the sign by the door.

I know you all want something real close, but what about this place, its only 2 miles away and the guy running the place is up for charity events.....

I like this place too, and it's plenty big enough. Plus Mike was/is part owner right?

Also what about the Crocodile? There is no show that night, so it'll just be a large empty bar?
