Damn good job that looks scrumptious! Once I start spending more time up in Vermont I’m planning on building a smoke shed can’t waitBLACK35 said:

Got this yucca flour bread from Columbian bakery. Super crunchy, small. Would have been good in soup. Thought it could make a nice crust for this. Melted some butter, ok a lot of butter. Stirred it around. Pressed it. Cherry bomb pepper, some tomatoes, feta cheese, salt pepper, eggs.
Yumfest.

I'm headed home for Thanksgiving. (Probably only my second Thanksgiving in twenty years.)I convinced my parents to buy a Turkey deep fryer. A good friend moved to North Carolina over 30 years ago and he swears that it's so much better than oven Turkey. He gave me the instructions for the way he does it, but if anybody has suggestions, I'd love to hear them.0

Still have not deep fried one, although I want to at some point.
Suggestion would be to keep ot far away from any structures, based on YouTube fiasco scenarios Ive seen.
The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -
Love deep frying it. I think I basically follow this recipe ~every year:eddiec said:I'm headed home for Thanksgiving. Biggest thing I'd say is to convince your parents to get (if they don't have it already) is a freezer big enough to hold the peanut oil.
Last year I bought a new setup and peanut oil has gotten stupid expensive, and the payoff is getting multiple frys out of it. Though if you're only doing this once every 20 years I'd say don't worry about it lolPost edited by Jearlpam0925 on0 -
