Pizza thread is closed. Really? Shame on those that cannot keep it civil.

Without reading, I'm guessing the thread must have taken a "Chicago is better than NY" turn. That's the only lockable pizza thread offense that comes to mind.
May your days be long, til kingdom come.

Noooooo! I guess I will lose a few pounds now. That was my favorite. Shame
Under review. Assuming a few things will be deleted then reopened for business.

I do not post enough pics
Grilled caribbean style pork tenderloin, mango salsa, black bean salad.

If you do not have one, get an instant read thermometer. Good ones are pricey, but worth every penny. This pork came out perfect and tenderloins are easy to overcook.

    Yo!
Mango salsa. I have to make that. Started using a thermometer not too long ago. It is great.
The pork i made the other day has been great. Made a few tortilla wraps. Added some hot pepper blueberry jam on it with queso fresco and chopped up jalapeños (my garden ones are not too hot but great taste)..

Have some cucumbers i have to use up soon too.

Today's lunch will be tortilla wraps using leftovers. This needed more heat and black pepper for my taste. I added a few schezuan peppercorns (new to the spice cabinet) to the rub, but it was not noticeable. My wife does not do spicy food so I toned it down a bit. I will add fresh jalapenos from my small patio plant and maybe a splash of habanero sauce.

For cucumbers, we make a greek style dill yogurt sauce that is great on just about anything.

Alright. Sounds creative on the cucumber sauce. Using up my beat up tomatoes today making a sauce to jar up.

Plain greek yogurt, dried dill, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and diced cucumbers. At whatever else you like! Great as a dip or on cold salmon as well.

^looks great. Love anything with ginger in it. We do not bake because we have a crappy oven that runs hot and heats from the bottom.

I've done stuffed peppers dozens of times.
Never once thought of doing stuffed tomatoes.
