Low demand is not good for the band and for the prospect of more shows / legs.
Then they should quit pricing tickets at hundreds of dollars over face.

Which is reason #483 why they should allocate a $hit ton more seats to 10c members.  :)   It would be fun to know if they tested out that theory and left it wide open to all 10c members, how many seats would be filled without general public being a part.  It was beyond cool at the Vic Theater in Chicago years ago knowing the entire venue, albeit very small, was strictly 10c members.

Thanks.  I guess that makes sense.  On another note, I see a trend on the Pittsburgh shows that may be a good sign for those looking to go.  Stub hub pricing has gone down for both shows over the past few days. Since Friday the cheapest seats for N1 went from $432 to $314 and for N2 they went from $296 to $288.  Pretty significant drop in 3 days, plus there are a lot more available.  I honestly don't the demand for any of these shows (outside of Hollywood) is terribly high.

Lmao. Low demand? For Pittsburgh? That's hilarious. That show, and the rest of the tour, are pretty much sold out, save for a handful of Premium and standards TM is probably holding onto. Once those are released, those will sell too.

Demand for PJ has only increased, in part due to the band's decision to tour less. The only inkling of "low demand" in recent times was last year's Euro shows, and those still mostly sold.
I wouldn't go as far to say the demand is low for Pittsburgh, but lets also not act like Pitt is some hotbed for entertainment. Plus the lowering of prices already in the secondary market is a sign of less demand than expected.

Also, the rest of the tour is not pretty much sold out.  There are TONS face value tickets for Raleigh (which has nearly 200k more people in its population than Pitt) that are simply just sitting there. They have been listed for at least 3 days with no buyers and the number of tickets available has only increased. Which means, if they had the option, these would be listed for less than face value.  AKA = low demand.

As several other posters pointed out, a lot of these prices and ticket availability seems like a simple tactic to give the impression that the demand is higher than it actually is, in order to drive up pricing as much as possible.

Obviously I agree. In major markets they can fill a medium size venue with 10C members.
Also there should be more restrictions on selling 10C tickets to nonmembers.

Actually metro Pittsburgh has almost a million more people than metro Raleigh.

I think that 215 Pitt 2 is a phantom- tried a few times and no luck.
