I noticed that the billing information shows 'application error" in my profile. Hopefully it comes back when I get reinstated.
That is what happened to me when I had my ban. It prevents you from buy or selling tickets. Luckily, it all came back for me when they unbanned me. But I think my ban was about 10 days or so.
Yeah I’m pretty sure yours was the longest ban of the cases that we documented on this thread.
The saved payment information does repopulate. I thought the TM emails might stop but even they restated this weekend. They might not have stopped just nothing to send out over the holidays.
Blocked again. Why, I couldn't tell you. At this point I'm checking the Hollywood and ATL shows every 10-15 minutes or so... just a quick check of each show hoping to get lucky. Accidentally left my mobile app open to one of the shows and when I tried to check again I was blocked. Seems to be account based as it blocks my account on my laptop and on my mobile device on both wifi and 5G. 😬 At least I know it will free up again on its own eventually, but this is really annoying.

I know it sounds like a lot, but are going over 1000 clicks on there in a 24 hour period, even going back and forth between 1 and 2 shows? Those clicks can add up.

Sure if I was in any way precise or regular. It’s rough timing and it’s dependent on what else I’m doing… so I frequently go hours without checking. And sometimes it’s on cellular networks far from home. So… not very bot-like. I really think it has something to do with leaving a show page open on a mobile app and changing the filter or otherwise querying for tickets again after the session has timed out. This is the second time I’ve hit a block after accidentally leaving the app open to a show page for a while, then coming back and checking that same show again.

These are actually awful seats. Row Q in the 3rd layer of floor sections is about the same as watching from the parking lot. Unless you're 7 feet tall, you cannot see the stage. The top row in the upper level is actually a much better spot than this. I've been in a similar spot and out of the 16 shows I've attended, this was the worst by far. The only positive is that you would be steps away from the beer vendor and bathroom.

These are actually awful seats. Row Q in the 3rd layer of floor sections is about the same as watching from the parking lot. Unless you're 7 feet tall, you cannot see the stage. The top row in the upper level is actually a much better spot than this. I've been in a similar spot and out of the 16 shows I've attended, this was the worst by far. The only positive is that you would be steps away from the beer vendor and bathroom.
Depends on what you care about. The sound in this part of the venue is about as good as it gets being so close to the soundboard. If it's your only show of the DM tour I'd tend to agree with your sentiment since as you mentioned the view ain't great. But if you've seen a show or two on the tour then you know the visuals are pretty generic and the band is old so there isn't much to see anyway. Better sound wins out for me nine times out of ten.

Are those the faded red dots? I keep seeing them for various shows and I can’t click on them.
After a few minutes they'll fade and disappear. Somebody must of had a link, I was right on the 106.
