    The £126.50 is all in for the tickets in the 300 block. 
    The 100 level are £160.50, same as the 10C. 
    Wonder how open the side stage view will be for those who pick these?

    They come and go on TM, they only showed for a few hours on and off yesterday.  There is  definitely still lots of them available and can see them right now (8.20am GMT).

    The 126.50 GBP areas are 301 and 320 in the upper tier on the outermost sides. As well as the last three rows of the upper tier areas 308 to 313.

    Good, reasonable and common prices for a 20,000-seater arena in Germany.

    The delayed announcement of the tour impacts the sale. A lot of things are happening in Europe at the same time as the tour is happening. At the same time, Pearl Jam has toured several times in Europe when for example the European championship has been going on and with other major acts touring at the same time, without impacting their sale. But there is a huge difference in announcing the tour in February compared to December, when it comes to time for people to plan their traveling to the shows. However, I believe that other factors play a larger role in explaining the poor sale.

    Firstly, the last European tours have been troubled by uncertainties. Ed´s voice trouble both in 2018 and 2022 left many (particularly traveling fans) worrying about the risk of cancellation happening again. I still remember waking up nervous in Milano in 2018, wondering if the concert would go through. Out of 10 concerts I have seen with Ed, he has had a troubled voice in 2 of them. Things like that happens, and no blame should be assigned for becoming sick, but it might be a factor that people take in when considering spending a lot of money to travel to see them. In addition, I think those places that were cancelled in 2022 should have been on this year´s tour to try to make up for the cancelled shows.

    Secondly, I think they might have misunderstood their European market. On average, I believe Pearl Jam is more of a mainstream act in the US and they have a much more diverse fan base. In Europe, they are little more of an alternative band, with die hard fans willing to travel to see them. That might imply that on average, you will have more locals attending the shows in the US, compared to Europe. That might also imply that you have larger rich segment in US going to their concerts, compared to Europe. 

    Thirdly, egalitarian values might stand stronger in Europe than in the US. That means perhaps that more fans at their concert might have agreed with the political messages in Europe compared to the US (again, on average). Thus, the backfire from the high prices and dynamic pricing might be stronger in Europe, as people are much more offended by it. I guess a lot of European fans that have been sticking with them their whole life, feels a little betrayed that these tickets now are more for the wealthy than your average fan. It will feel strange to hear songs like green disease, soon forget, do the evolution or dance of the claircoyants on this tour, if they have the courage to play them.

    I still love the band and I look forward the concert in London. But to say that the strong love was not a little affected by the way they now are pricing their concerts would be a lie.     

      
    Great post im too im scared for any cancelations in europe , i was in vienna in 2022 and i was devastated, seeing 5 shows (6 if u count lisbon my home city) but since they are not travelling that much it might be good.

    Also the high price and dynamic prices are playing a huge reason the sales are not selling , this is probably the biggest reason alongside nto announcing in December as they usually do.

    Im just praying they dont cancel the 2nd nights in barcelona and in berlin due to poor selling , A LOT of people are paying for hotels and plain tickets with the 2nd date in mind(myself included).

    BUT i gotta disagree with you when you say Pearl Jam is a little more than an alternative band. I can talk for portugal and they are HUGE here. They sold out NOS Alive festival here (55k people) the day they were announced and i also believe this is true in many european countries, what backfired was indeed the high prices of tickets and probably the timing of the announcement

    I still believe by show day London, berlin both nights and barcelona both nights will be close to sell out (barcelona night 1 will sell out)

    €99.75 in Marlay Park for Gold Circle too. GA is €10 cheaper.

    Agreed. I would have jumped at these if I didn't already have GA tickets.

    I see them now. They don't show up on my TM app but if I go on the website with Chrome they show. 

    I'm tempted to grab a pair but I'm worried they might be a little TOO side on.

    The tickets for their arena dates in the UK are between £50 and £105. That gold circle pricing in London is an outlier rather than the norm.

    So I guess dynamic pricing has worked, as I am now booked into the cheapest seats in Manchester. Will be the second time I have seen PJ, with a 12-year gap since the second Manchester date in 2012, which was my first. I felt good after booking, so maybe we should complain less, assuming we can afford the prices.

    The tickets weren't even listed as 'Platinum' (the name I thought was applied to those dynamically priced) but looks like the cheapest at Manchester fell from £160 to £125 ish. Standing (which is Platinum/dynamic) has fallen a little as well.

    Hopefully the acoustics in this new place are spot on, but all arenas built in the UK in the past 20 years or so are.

    Not even close to selling out. Wait until fan to fan adds seats back on to the map too.

    Its only March 1st (or 2nd) and the prices will adjust accordingly.  That’s how this new ticketing system works for better or worse.

    N2 for Barcelona is not even half sold out. The sections I am showing you here are the best sections available in the 200s right next to Mike. Sec 223, 224, and 225. The section to the left that looks sold out has never been available. The further you go back the worse it is. Some sections have zero tickets sold. 

    On top of that they dropped the price down on the 300's and they are barely moving any of those. They can keep dropping the prices but I think for most people the damage is already done. We are talking close to 10,000 tickets they need to move here.
