Some transparency on this process would go a long way with folks. Explaining the how, why, where.

If someone has 1st priority of Austin reserved Night 1 and doesn’t get chosen, how can another get the tickets when it’s their 3rd and/or 4th priority.

Im wondering, if you pick say Austin as first priority and lose for whatever reason, your done. Then they go to people who picked Austin as a second. If you picked Austin as your second and lose, your done. Then so on...If you picked Austin as your first and loose, logic may seem you would be moved back to the second round right?, but I think your no longer in the lottery after the first round cause you lost. Thats why people who picked it as different priorities won and you didn't. Just a theory.

It's not necessarily just "made up" (although that happens too), but it's that it gets explained properly to someone at some point, then it's both a game of telephone and "let's make it so people can understand it!" until it actually gets written down, to the point that it may be a total non-sequitur. It is asinine, it's also how most large corporations work, especially unaccountable monopolies.
You might know better, but I clicked both boxes because that's what it told me to do. The "whys" and "hows" don't really matter, do they?
everybody wants the most they can possibly get
for the least they could possibly do

Still waiting on Austin N1 despite it being priority 2.

Got my 3rd (Ft Worth N1) and 4th (Austin N2)

Seems like Ticketmaster fucked up Austin N1 pretty good.

My one gripe about the this ticket system is you should only be allowed to win one show of ten club tickets per tour...put in for all the shows youd like to attend, set the priority, if you win all your other entries are voided. There would still be a chance of getting nothing, but I think it would give more members chances rather than one member winning ten club tickets to multiple shows.

Not saying it's right or wrong, but this has been the case at least for the last few tours.
Not it hasn’t. I sat in the first section next to the stage on the side for all 3 shows last year

Look mate, using big letters doesn't make it more true.

It is not how it worked in 2020.  10club Support @ ticketmaster confirmed it way back then when they botched Oakland draw.  It goes by priority no one with a lesser priority gets in over someone with a higher priority.  Otherwise, there is no fucking point to the priority.

Every tour the lottery process is always a cluster and there's no way to make everybody happy but what I don't understand is how it is 2023 and it still takes 2 days to pick the winners and send out the results.  Makes me think there must still be a lot of manual processes involved.  If this is all automated then there is a lot of room for improvement.

They tend to fill the best wing seats before the floor behind GA
I think that for a lot of people sec 123 would be better than being on the floor.  If you’re on the floor standing behind people you might be constantly adjusting to see around the heads in front of you.
I was on the floor in seats about in the middle of the arena I. OKC, looking at the back of big dumb head in front of me, then looking over to the rows on the side thinking I’d rather be up there.

So have confirmations slowed since the Austin N1 debacle or are folks still confirming stuff at 6:17p?

  • In for both nights Ft Worth! Section 110 on 9/13, Section 116 on 9/15. Emails came around 4:30 and 5pm. First time I've ever hit the lottery and I ended up with both. Lucky or lower demand because of Austin? I'll take it either way
Mine dont give me a specific section in the email for Ft Worth.  It just says Sec FLR3, Row 19

So far I got both MSP Reserved (2nd and 4th priorities) and am waiting on both FW (1st and 3rd) and on Chicago 1 (5th and not expecting).

I got worse seats than someone with a worse 10c number though which is annoying.
Was it the same # priority show? If they ranked it higher that could be why.

Whether there's been mistakes in the lottery or not, there being no draws on Monday has I think can only add fuel to the conspiracy fire. Haha. I know they technically said the draws are over 2 days, but we all assumed due to past experiences there would be something happening yesterday.

You know, I get the fact that the ticket distribution biz is complicated, but I can't believe I am reading all these posts about people getting multiple shows and I got shut out. You'd think they would have some sort of way to make sure everyone gets a ticket and then start doing multiple shows.
What if the demand for one show (priority 1) is more than the actual ticket allotment?? People miss out..

Is there a source for this? It would explain a lot if that's actually been publicly stated at some point.
No it is a completely made up fallacy.

Go down to the how do tickets work for 10c members?  It factually states tickets are randomized with consideration based on priority. Ergo, priority 1 should always trump priority 2 and so forth.
