Wait. I cannot read through 740 posts. Does anybody have the communication on reassignment? Was it from the band or TM?
Unfortunately incorrect seat assignments were issued to Ten Club members for shows in St. Paul, Chicago and Indianapolis. We confirm you have reserved tickets to this show but to ensure all Ten Club members get the proper reserved seat location based on their seniority, seats are being reissued.
You will receive a new confirmation tomorrow, Wednesday, April 26th with your accurate seat location.
Tonight, your credit card will be refunded in the amount of the first transaction and a new charge will appear on your card when the correct seats are assigned tomorrow.
We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused.
Thank you! I guess that confirms the errors. Does not explain the Austin back of the floor seating though.
I doubt more than 5% of members go anywhere. Some additional transparency and accountability would be nice, but nothing will change unless 1/3 or more of the 10c members cancel.
How do you check if your tix request is dead in the water? Requested only N2 for Chicago, GA/Reserved, and haven't received an email since the original confirmation of my request from TicketsToday...am I SOL, or no?
chicago n2 priority 1, chicago n1 priority 2, selected any kind of seats anywhere in the building, haven't heard anything either way for either show
Ditto! Does you ticket request say Process Complete with a status of "unfulfilled" - that's what we've got and I'm struggling to grasp the unfulfilled status when it appears that not all of the available seat locations have been allocated (ie uppers and side/rear).
I emailed ten club support asking how folks are getting tickets with Chicago as a 3-5 the choice (same selections) while many folks with it listed as 1-2 priority got shut out. That absolutely needs to be explained, somewhere.
You know how lotteries work, correct?
I sure do!
The positive is: 1) no where is this listed as a lottery 2) and it still makes zero sense what I listed. If you have 1-2 priority your priority is looked at a “lottery” sooner than 3-5. Oh! And before you attempt to school us all on how this precisely worked, please don’t - it’s just common sense.
If people who have already scored same selections in choices 1-4 got seats & were getting seats on priority 5-6 to a show over folks 1-2, that’s a major issue. if priority didn’t matter in a “lottery” guess what wouldn’t be there? A priority selection
I’m not trying to upset anyone here but I have yet to find where these shows had a weighted priority like past tours. All I see is “show request 1, 2 etc”.

They magically found a bug and fixed it half way through the process, but everyone who got Texas tickets thinks the bug is still there? It would be confusing if they didn't redraw the Texas tickets, right? (Which won't happen just to confuse us more).
How do you check if your tix request is dead in the water? Requested only N2 for Chicago, GA/Reserved, and haven't received an email since the original confirmation of my request from TicketsToday...am I SOL, or no?
Most likely you're SOL. If you go to the email you received from Ticketstoday when you signed up and click on the "10 Club ticket status" link (something to that effect) it will take you to a screen that probably says "Processing complete". Click on that box and it will show each selection's status.

Well my request went "unfulfilled". I'm pissed. I need to emotionally detach myself from the notion that I'll be seeing my favorite band in the Fall. And I would've been willing to pay a lot more than $300.
There's still the "normal" sale on Friday and then the good old secondary market. You're fine.
Verified, a normal sale? Bwahahah.
Secondary market F2F, for non-Chicago shows will be where it’s at.
Yeah, hence the quotes. God knows what kind of a debacle the verified fan thing will be but you never know.
I doubt more than 5% of members go anywhere. Some additional transparency and accountability would be nice, but nothing will change unless 1/3 or more of the 10c members cancel.
Bad communication has been an issue for decades. There's no excuse.
Anyone thinking that tickets magically will be found & your order status will go from unfulfilled to fulfilled I think is going to be sadly disappointed.. and I’m in that boat
Same here
I emailed ten club support asking how folks are getting tickets with Chicago as a 3-5 the choice (same selections) while many folks with it listed as 1-2 priority got shut out. That absolutely needs to be explained, somewhere.
Because they selected the button for reserved only
No
No? I bet they selected more than just ga/res
Which is it?
Those that got seats to high demand shows selected either ga/Res and Res only or just selected Res only. If someone with 1 or 2 priority with those selections got passed over for someone with same selections at a 3/4/5 priority I cannot explain that
How do you check if your tix request is dead in the water? Requested only N2 for Chicago, GA/Reserved, and haven't received an email since the original confirmation of my request from TicketsToday...am I SOL, or no?
Everyone that didn’t get an email with tickets is now “unfulfilled” & processing complete.
or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah... makes much more sense to live in the present tense...
For those wondering what happened, when they started drawing GA and you lost out, you weren’t automatically put in the reserved pool. Then they started giving reserved seats only to people who checked the RES only box. The issue was caught before the Texas shows but stil did not work out as intended. They finally did put people who lost out on GA but not until after assigning seats for the folks who checked RES only. When all the RES only winners had seats, then the GA losers were then picked for reserved seats. That’s why you had low member numbers ending up in not great seats.
Once my status hit unfilled, I made other arrangements. I sure hope I don’t get tickets now. Hopefully they accommodate those in that situation and provide refunds IF people do end up getting tickets that didn’t originally have them.

This is what I was thinking. And I struggle with how that can be the case if not all seating selections (ie Indy lawn, Chicago side/rear) have been allocated. Something is incredibly jacked up.
My membership number is 141XXX. Indy is the only show I applied for and I picked “GA or reserved” and I’ve received nothing. If it’s accurate that selecting “reserved (only)” would have increased my odds, that’s frustrating to hear. Both options are saying someone wants tickets in the reserved section.
I live in Indy and haven’t seen them live since they were here in 2010. In the past I’ve always been able to get seats. I’m unable to travel like some people so I can only seen them when they play in Indy. It’s frustrating when I’ve been a member this long and am unable to get seats. In the future I think 10c should consider giving additional priority to people who haven’t attended a show recently and/or that are attending the show who live locally. This whole process is super frustrating for someone who has been a 10c member for 27 years and I can’t get tickets to my hometown show.
This. I'm in the same boat. I live 10 minutes away from Rouff, it's the only show I put in for and got hosed. Never even got a rejection email, but the link to my request now says "Processing Complete" "Unfufilled".
Having a locality priority for places where they rarely play should be a no brainer.
got my #1 priority, GA/reserved CHI n2. They seated me, guess I ddn't get GA, sect 121 row 10. FYI. other two requests Indy #2 choice, Chi n1 was #3...showing unfulfilled.
but I'm in row TEN. that should mean something right! LOL what a ride PJ always...

Okay, here is a scenario, can anyone explain what should have happened?
member ID 662XXX selections:
Prio 1: SPM Night 2 - any tickets (everything checked) Prio 2: SPM Night 1 - any tickets
Member ID 54XXX (Older member) selections:
Prio 1: Austin Night 1 - any tickets Prio 2: indianapolis night 2 - any tickets Prio 3: SPM night 2 - any tickets Prio 4: SPM night 1 - any tickets
Member ID 54XXX gets the prio 1 & prio 2 fulfilled ......between the two of them who is supposed to get the first dibs at SPM tickets?
Member number has NOTHING to do with who randomly gets pulled for 1st, 2nd, 5th, 10th priorities!!!!!! How many times does this have to be said!!!! SENIORITY ONLY FOR SEAT LOCATIONS!
Are people suggesting the GA/Reserved is in any way the same as Reserved? I thought those were two totally different options where GA/Reserved = Floor (either seated or standing) and Reserved is seated bowl. So if someone put GA/Reserved as their only option and didn't win, many people with lower priorities would win Reserved instead of them because they were not part of that lottery.
Comments
Thank you! I guess that confirms the errors. Does not explain the Austin back of the floor seating though.
