    OR, it could be something like they tried to get more copies, and were told "we can max you out at 5000, take it or leave it and wait until 6 more months down the road" (when the tour is back on sale and everyone is broke from xmas). they decide "hmmm, let's throw them a bone now, and we'll test the waters, see the demand, and we'll do a black wax later". 
    Hugh Freaking Dillon is currently out of the office, returning sometime in the fall

    You know, I knew when I saw the email and it was an hour-ish old that it would be sold out.

    I held out a little hope that this time it might be different, but nah, why would it be?

    Am I more disappointed in missing out, or in myself for letting myself have a glimmer of hope following that email link?

    I called my local record shop owner, he said he just got an email about this release and he can order it for me.  No details on colors or different editions however.

    I would be surprised if there isnt a black pressing available in August since its out of print. The release of this would surely be driven by the label rather than 10c. 10c/ management maybe wanted in on it and got this special clear version but could have been restricted in terms of quantity. If that was the case I would have rather it have been luck whether you get a clear or a black, sent at random. Saying that the clear could be available elsewhere. We know exclusive doesnt always mean exclusive anymore. For instance I see stuff being advertised as exclusive all the time only for it to be easily available through a retailer in another country.

    Anyway my point is - dont pay $200 for this.
