MTG, Bobert, Gaetz, and Cawthorn are the first names I think of when thinking about how the line between conservative pundit and elected official has been blurred. There are plenty of others (including people like Rand Paul who have retroactively become that). All these people do is own the libs and bitch about how "they" are taking away some abstract way of life. Honestly, given how long right-wing pundits have been screaming in outrage at everything the left/Dems do, I'm surprised it took this long.
