One noisy MAGA voice soon gone.   But I suspect people who like that kind of noise abhor a vacuum and another will take her place.   At least we can enjoy the moment.

Based only on vibes, it does feel like the sun is starting to set on MAGA.

Some are saying that this isn't the end for her. That she is just circling the wagons to regroup and ... run for POTUS? Lol! Obviously her personality could never win it, but this isn't necessarily the end of MTG in the political sphere. If I were her I'd never look back. Maybe do a season of Dancing with the Stars, haha (seriously, we are pretty likely to see that). But she's nuts, so...

To clear the way for the Christian nationalists and more of whatever the fuck Miller has in store for America, MAGA or otherwise. For MAGA, the next phase is run by either Vance or Don Jr. I don't think that phase will look like the current MAGA, but it ain't gonna be good.

I could see her running for governor. As much as I despise her politics and her toxicity, I really do believe she was truthful with how annoying she finds it that nothing gets done in congress.

I think you’ll find people on both sides who agree nothing gets done. And they are right.

It’s never gonna be as strong, but it won’t be as dominant of a thing. This stuff never really goes away. But it’s probably run its dominant course in the culture.

    * The following opinion is mine and mine alone and does not represent the views of my family, friends, government and/or my past, present or future employer. US Department of State: 1-888-407-4747.

Wrong. Both sides are not the same. When Dems hold the majority, they get shit done. ACA, anyone? American Rescue Plan, Bi-partisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS and Science Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act, hello?

You may not agree with the expense or particular effect of such legislation but to claim, “nothing gets done”, is wrong and sounds like folks aren’t paying attention. If repubs want “something to get done”, they either need to come to the table with policy solutions or learn to compromise.

I hear they have legislation to provide affordable healthcare but it’ll be released in about two weeks. Just saying “no” is not visionary but their whole strategy for the past 40 years was and continues to be, to strangle government in the bathtub so “nothing gets done”.
