I love pate. Duck and chicken are great. I have also had pork pate which is also good - but not quite as good as the duck. Spread on crusty bread with the little cornichon pickles - so good.Cliffy6745 said:Duck pate
I do a chicken liver pate around the holidays that’s good. Bout that time.0

Tonight We made three ribeyes in this new air fryer we just got. Holy shit, so tender I cut it with a fork. I love cooking steaks on the grill but the air fryer made it so much juicer and tender. Just added salt and olive oil.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0

Alright....ive cooked a chicken, wings, meatballs, fries, crab cakes and a few other things in air fryer, but steak? Never thought of trying that. How did you monitor temp? I may give it a shot on a rainy night.mcgruff10 said:Tonight We made three ribeyes in this new air fryer we just got. Holy shit, so tender I cut it with a fork. We have a temp gauge. Six minutes a side at 400. Perfect medium to medium rare.lmckenney24 said:

We have trays in ours as opposed to a basket. Except for the lack of char marks the steaks turned out perfectlmckenney24 said:

I never thought about throwing a steak in a Air Fryer either. My fear is, even if Air Fried to the Temp I like(Medium rare) the steak would still be dry.lmckenney24 said:
