    Vitamin d3 is actually  a hormone  that regulates the immune  system.  Let me find  the evidence and i will post it here . 
    Most people are deficient.  Its vital in the  bodies response  to virus esspecaily respiratory, which is where covid enters the  body the  ace 2 receptors. 
    The  darker the  skin the less you can absorb from the  sun. And in hot countries  like African countries they are still deficient .
    So take 2000iu per day esspecaily over winter.  It cant harm you at these levels. And infact i can list many illnesses that vit d can prevent . Prostate cancer and other cancer. Ms. Many.
    There are people that worry  about taking massive amounts  because  its fat soluble so the body stores it and massive amounts may calcify but we are talking over like  60,000iu a day. So if you take vit k2 it channels any spare calcium back to the bones.

    There  have been actual studies that confirm over 80%of patients in spains icu were  deficient.  So much so that some countries now give covid hospital admissions  a loading dose of 40,000 iu.

    The WHO has been recommending a 3 layer non-medical mask since June. Canada now is too, based on more research. 
    Smart is sexy.

    That said, I wore a black flimsy one over an N95 on a night out when I went a caught an intimate performance of a musician playing a crowd of 50 as I wanted to dress up. (I wore my Pearl Jam lollaparis outfit finally!)

    Just got test number two because of a coworker who I work with tested positive.  Rapid results are negative, waiting on the other one.

    Came down with multiple symptoms yesterday including a fever. Thought I call my doctor and go get tested in the afternoon or evening. Nope. Earliest test I could get is Thursday at noon. The doctor said the testing centers in the Twin Cities are overwhelmed. Laying in bed today. No fever today and can still taste and smell, so I’m taking that as a good sign that it’s a regular cold.
