Never seen someone act as much as "a beaten dog" like Giesecke in an interview I happened upon today.

That's Covid-19's biotch.  Actually, it's probably Covid-19's side piece.  Trump got top spot.

Post is sensationalizing it. Like many of these town directives, this isn't mandatory. I'd be more interested to see this exemption in a situation where it's punishable by a fine or from a private business mandating masks.

Wow, how the tables have turned. Never thought we’d be in this position. Hopefully everyone doesn’t get too comfortable and stays the course.

Calif. Governor Gavin Newsom gave an excellent on-line/TV update today.  He pointed out that some of the counties in this state were thumbing their nose at the state order to wear masks and said that counties that continue to snub the order may loss funding if they do so.  His reasoning is that he wants funding to go to areas that are working to reduce the outbreak which is on the rise in this state.

He also talked about some health directors throughout the state have been receiving death threats because they are supporting the mandate to wear masks.  I'm completely baffled by people who insist that their "personal rights" have great er priority than protecting the greater population against this virus.  I think most people are on-board with doing whatever it takes to keep things under control as much as possible but there are also a lot of people who are too damn self-centered to care.

I rarely post opinions on Facebook but today I did thank the governor for his caring and excellent leadership.  I got some several thumbs up responses but also some hateful feedback.  WTF is wrong with these people?

Sweden is paying workers from the first day of sick leave when feeling sick or having any types of symptoms.

We also have the basic human decency of tax funded health care for all people being treated.

is any country not doing this being condemned yet?
