I didn’t either until recently. I always thought it was just the intro to Eye In The Sky.The Juggler said:I've been playing that Alan Parson's song whenever I've entered a room so far today. The wife is none too pleased.

I've often wondered this myself as a Houston Rockets fan--and that back to back was fun as hell to watch. I think Houston would've won on title & Chicago the other. Too bad that we'll never know---and I think those Finals would have been great to watch.darwinstheory said:And now to think....what if? What if he didn't retire for those 2 seasons? What if they wouldn't have been dismantled? Surely they would have won more rings, but how many more?I LOVE MUSIC.

Everyone loves Lebron's counting stats, but MJ really missed out on 4-5 years worth of basketball..
Yeah a Rockets / Bulls Finals would've been greatwww.myspace.com0 -
I love that Jordan says that "there is no Michael Jordan without Scottie Pippen".
The one person I molded my basketball game after was Scottie Pippen. He seemed to do everything right. He was so fun to watch and I hated the Bulls, lol!0 -

Same. I was nicknamed “Pistol Pip” by my high school coach for my love of Pippen and my vague resemblance at the time to a young Pete Maravich.tempo_n_groove said:I love that Jordan says that "there is no Michael Jordan without Scottie Pippen".

I use to be the "White Ice". It sucked that I was only 6' and not 6' 7. I ONLY had game in the neighborhood.tempo_n_groove said:

I enjoyed the first 2 episodes. I forgot Pippen was drafted by the Sonics.

Something interesting I stumbled upon today. The Trail Blazers passed on Jordan (Sam Bowie) in 1984. Did you know the Bulls passed on Clyde Drexler one pick before the Blazers in 1983? Imagine what if Chicago had drafted Clyde The Glide? It was mentioned the reason why Portland passed on MJ, was because they already had a player like him.I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.0

I sat the bench and played at the end of either half during blowout wins or losses. I was awful.tempo_n_groove said:

Even when i saw the 96 Bulls in person i remember saying “i’ll tell my kids about this one day”.That day has happened.0

I wasn't thinking about having kids in '96 at age 15, but I knew I was witnessing something special every time I'd go to a game. And I'm definitely telling my kids about it now. My 6 year old son sat by my side during "The Last Dance" and got a lesson on the greatest player ever last night.cp3iverson said:Even when i saw the 96 Bulls in person i remember saying “i’ll tell my kids about this one day”.That day has happened.

Watched the last half of E2 tonight
Very good. Loved watching the footage from those games against the Cs.The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -
I didn't know that Bulls team was only 30-52! If not for John Paxson, we would not have gotten the 63-point game in Game 2 of that series.F Me In The Brain said:Watched the last half of E2 tonight

I'm going to have to check this out it sounds like. 90's NBA is the last decade I was in to watching and following. I fell off in the early 00's. The 80's Celtics got me into basketball. I still remember watching Jordan hit that jumper to seal the deal. Awesome moment to behold. Just having graduated from HS and starting the summer of celebrations. It's a hopeless situation...0

Yep. It was special. My dad and uncle split season tickets to the Bulls back then so I went to quite a few games at the old stadium and then the UC. You can never forget the roar of the old stadium. My kids aren't old enough yet but they will be learning about MJ and the Bulls real soon...0
