    You got game?
Had game.  Not any more, lol.
I sat the bench and played at the end of either half during blowout wins or losses.  I was awful.
And sub 6 ft so a midget for basketball.

Even when i saw the 96 Bulls in person i remember saying “i’ll tell my kids about this one day”.

    That day has happened.

I wasn't thinking about having kids in '96 at age 15, but I knew I was witnessing something special every time I'd go to a game.  And I'm definitely telling my kids about it now.  My 6 year old son sat by my side during "The Last Dance" and got a lesson on the greatest player ever last night.

I didn't know that Bulls team was only 30-52!  If not for John Paxson, we would not have gotten the 63-point game in Game 2 of that series.

I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

I'm going to have to check this out it sounds like. 90's NBA is the last decade I was in to watching and following. I fell off in the early 00's. The 80's Celtics got me into basketball. I still remember watching Jordan hit that jumper to seal the deal. Awesome moment to behold. Just having graduated from HS and starting the summer of celebrations.
    It's a hopeless situation...

Yep.  It was special.  My dad and uncle split season tickets to the Bulls back then so I went to quite a few games at the old stadium and then the UC.  You can never forget the roar of the old stadium.  My kids aren't old enough yet but they will be learning about MJ and the Bulls real soon...

Isn't that the truth?  Nothing quite like the pre-game introductions when the lights went out, the music came on and then finally the buildup to MJ.  Ahhh...such great memories.

Sometimes I'll go through a YouTube rabbit hole of Chicago Stadium intros.  That was something I wish I could have experienced in person, but watching on television always gave me chills.

Not a Bulls fan, but their intros were awesome.

I wasn't aware this was out. I'm going to have to go back and start at ep 1.

I am in that same boat. Respected the hell out of that team, but always rooted against them. I had a buddy in high school who was from Chicago and he was insufferable about the Bulls. Probably what made me dislike them.

Whats the point of rooting for the strongest team anyway? If you are not from Chicago of course. It's like to root for GS after durant joined them.

Same. I HATED the bulls and Jordan after that reverse he did going to the rim that he didn't need to against the Lakers...

Always respected the team, Jordan and Pippen.  It was when Rodman joined the team that I became a fan though.  I followed the worm since the Pistons days.

I grew up in Kansas City, so there was no NBA team.  For the most part, it seemed like a lot of kids I grew up with were Bulls/Jordan fans.  It would have been Third Grade through Sophomore year of High School for me.

Liking a team is not the same thing is having multiple rooting interests in multiple cities. Like you, my friend.

I watched ESPN after the second episode aired on Sunday and SVP was interviewing Steve Kerr.  Kerr was talking about the team and mentioned Rodman and how he was always listening to Pearl Jam. It was pretty cool.

I saw that also, the discussions about the show on the SportsCenter that followed the first two episodes were very interesting.
