Seems like one of these 3 is untrue due to the logistics.
I disagree on the basis that festival performances do not require all the band’s gear to travel.  The guys could fly east for the festival and reunite with their gear in the Midwest.  Some gear would go with them but nowhere near the full setup for their arena shows.  In any case, it doesn’t take a week to drive a truck from Illinois to New Jersey.

Would love to go back to Pittsburgh.  We spent a few days there a couple years ago.  Very nice and walkable city.  Did a Pirates game and a Steelers game as well. Beautiful and fan friendly stadiums.  =)

Citizens Bank Park on 9/13 would fit in there. Stage is already there from 9/12 show for Tim McGraw and that is the only show currently scheduled there that weekend. They normally try to fit a few shows in a weekend with a show due to the setup that goes into a concert at a ballpark.

Of course.  It doesn’t cost anything for a reservation.

A rumored Pearl Jam tour is like the corona virus outbreak.  You’re not sure if it will actually happen but you better be prepared.

If you guys are booking multiple days its better to do single day bookings. A lot of the time if you try to cancel a day or two if you do more than one day they get you for the going rate when you rebook instead of your earlier rate.

Yes... agreed on that.  But I’m staying the whole weekend.

That would be 1 day short of 20 years since my first PJ show (also Pittsburgh).

Pittsburgh on 9/4 and Chicago on 9/11 with Sea.Hear.Now on 9/20

Seems like one of these 3 is untrue due to the logistics.

Yeah, that would be like touring from Toronto to Ottawa to Quebec City and then all the way back to Hamilton. Or playing a show in NYC, then Baltimore, then NYC again. I get it, these are both shorter trips, but I'm sure they'd play dates in between, so it's not entirely unreasonable.

Fair enough.  If Pittsburgh is 9/4 then that feels like the starting point of the tour

could go Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago on 9/11 and 9/12 or 13, MSP 9/15, then 5 days of travel down to Asbury for Sea Hear Now

Glad to hear of shows around Labor Day weekend so I could get away without vacation days!

They could even hit another show or two between 9/15 and 9/20, if they wanted. Maybe in the NY/NJ area.
