Yes.  The way I interpreted your previous point was that the DNC essentially controls and therefore activated Bloomberg. I'm saying Bloomberg controls Bloomberg.  

Second,  we expect candidates to donate from their fund to the DNC to  support local races.  I would expect Bloomberg to give substantially more in the coming months,  and one of my biggest party criticisms of Bernie and AOC is that they don't contribute enough.
