    Doesn't look bad
Its not bad, but....not on my favorites list. Thankfully my wife has no idea how to see this so I won't be in the shit house. Son loved it, so guess that's all that matters right 😁

My lunch for the past three days. Fried tofu seasoned with smokey Texan rub, served with kale, avocado, chargrilled corn, hummus and roast pumpkin, quinoa, and toasted sesame seeds. Inspired by a similar dish I had at a cafe last week.

My first attempt at making Vienna's famous Sachertorte. Could have been better. Hopefully I improve next time.

@Thoughts_Arrive I like how determined you are with your dishes. They always look great to me, but of course, I can't taste them. You have a chef's mentality when it comes to your dishes, it seems. You want perfection.

Jose, I used to do tamales with pulled pork like that. I no longer have freezer space for a batch of tamales, but making them was always worth it because of how long the food would last.

Agree, Dankind about TA's working to perfect.  What he shows there looks amazing.

Lunch - had leftover half head of cabbage and a few onions.
Those who sell cabbage short are missing out.
    Onions....then butter...then water/tomato paste/cayenne/cabbage/salt/pepper

    Taste is incredible.

She does not like it, SHE can sleep on the couch.

That was delicious.  Ate probably half of it.
Thinking of making sprouts for dinner.  Would cover the Cabbage Family Love for the month.

    Thanks guys.
That was nice to hear 🙂
I considered being a chef but not keen on long hours, no weekends free and shit pay.
I was even unhappy with the presentation of the whipped cream as I didn't have a piping bag haha.

Ceviche in the fridge.  One for me and my FIL, one for the wimpy crowd.

hahahaha - so made me laugh!  i'm totally down with the hot crowd, but alas, so not a fan of ceviche. give me spicy any day of the week!  we grow and then make our own organic 7 hot pepper spice blend for a few years now so whenever i use run of the mill chili flakes i need to PILE them on!
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...
