    This is the most crazy of food posts....my wife bought about $200 worth of organic vegetables yesterday to make what will probably be a small handful of jars of juice.  Crazy to see what all of those veggies turn into when put through the juicer.

    The other night my cousin brought some lemons from her tree.  Those fuckers were huge; she said each one yields a cup of juice.

    Just finished stuffing a prime rib with garlic.
    To be served with mashed potatoes, yorkshire’s, green beans and a salad.


    I’ll try to remember to take a photo before it’s devoured!

    Italian cold antipasto 
    chicken wings
    Tuna tartar 
    good cold beer I think I’ll go with Pacifico’s 
    Chocolate cake to finish me off tonight lol I’ll be in a food coma by halftime ...
