I FINALLY found a local butcher that has Tri Tip cuts of beef!!!!!
So last night I made that sucker and it was better than the ribeyes I've been buying.
Man this was good.

Last night did pickled shrimp on toast and scallops with a celery purée
This morning my favorite breakfast. Smoked salmon on rye toast with the fixins
Have a lamb shank stew spiced with harissa and some spices simmering now. A first time recipe so curious to see how it comes out0 -
